When applying for a voice acting job to trying to listen to your recording to even trying to see the dates of when it is due by the app is constantly crashing

I spoke with Cameron for my consultation. I could not be more pleased. He gave great advice, helped with mic suggestions and made the journey of voices very clear. I feel very confident going forward and absolutely believe the work will soon be coming in.
My consultation with Cameron was brilliant, i wasn't sure what to expect. I went in thinking he would help me with the sound quality aspect of my recordings only. But Cameron was able to explain the site, how your profile and demos drive the algorithms and what I should be aiming for in terms of listen and like rates. He did also help to improve my sound with his technical know-how and then sent through a list of the things we had talked about and some additional resources to get me going on my "homework". I am fairly new to voiceover work, and I feel like Voices.com has been a good place for me to get started and learn the business. I've only been auditioning for about a week, but I feel like I'm leaning a lot, practicing a lot, and putting my efforts towards positive results. I think that the phone consultations with a Randy and with Cameron have been really transparent about the site and about best practices for voiceover talent, and I appreciate the time that they've taken to help educate me.
I will note that no one should approach this site with a get rich quick mentality -- I fully plan to put in the work and expect things to take time. I look forward to being able to post that I've started booking gigs.
So far I've been really impressed with the Voices.com platform and my interactions with the staff.
I had a great conversation/consultation with Cameron last week and he did a terrific job explaining to me what I needed to do to advance myself within Voices.com and in voice over in general. I actually first encountered Cameron on the Mission Audition podcast (another added value) and was able to glean some value from his tips on auditioning. I most appreciated that Cameron was friendly and flexible. He was willing to listen to a couple auditions to give me some engineering feedback that my novice skill set needed.
As far as the platform is concerned, I haven't been able to book a gig yet but that result falls on my shoulders. I needed the consultation with Cameron to step my game up and I'm thankful that a consultation comes with the fee you pay to audition.
The platform is really user friendly and matches up with jobs that are a strong fit for your abilities. Coming from a career in sales, it's really great to have leads COME TO YOU. Now it's just up to you to show em what ya got!

Trying to be succesful in voice acting isnt easy and it doesnt lend itself to the lazy, or impatient but the staff at Voices.com do everything they can to help you succeed as much as possible. I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone on their team!
Cameron was absolutely fantastic! He helped me with all of the questions I had sent over to him before our phone call. He was patient and helpful with any additional questions that came up. He was so genuine in getting to know me individually as an artist and how to help me achieve my goals... realistically! I cannot recommend him enough.

I recently joined Voices.com after getting annoyed with the lack of communication and customer service on a competitor site. In less than 2 months, I've had multiple calls with my Account Manager (Dave), and my Talent Success Specialist (Cameron). They've been highly attentive, responsive, and have given me tips that will be helpful in my career growth beyond just their site. I normally don't write reviews like this, and haven't even booked work on their site yet, but felt compelled to provide this feedback based on the customer support alone. They really seem invested in seeing voice actors that join their site have a good experience and get paid work.
