I ordered the Athena Zipper Booty Body Shaper. It arrived on time. Upon opening up the item, I noticed that the crotch area had been sewn shut, which makes it impossible to use the restroom as you would need to remove all your clothing to do so. Prior to ordering this item, I reviewed all the features, and it was supposed to have an opening in the crotch to make using the restroom easy. Mine was missing this feature. I emailed customer service and they answered me right away. They told me that I had an opening. I replied that I did not in mine. They asked me to send them a photo, which I did, and she responded with an apology. She then asked me to return it (which I thought that was no problem), until she realized I am in Canada. She then followed up that she has to speak to the shipping dept (since I am international), and she would follow-up. That was 6 days ago. I have written 6 emails in total, asking for some direction as to how do I get the same Item I ordered, but with the cut out at the bottom to use the restroom. I have not heard anything since May 14th.
Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and sub-par business acumen.
Feel like I've been taken.

NO RETURNS and CHEAP products! Case in point... Item LB******* is "Nude Seamless Backless Push Up Bra" for $59.95. It's actually a "Mimemi" invisible bra sold for $9.99 online. Next item... LB4638 is "Nude Zipper Sexy Shapewear Waist Trainer" for $89.95. It's actually a "FeelinGirl" shaper sold for $29.99 online. THEY DON'T ADVERTISE THE ACTUAL BRANDS OR DISCLOSE THEIR NO RETURN POLICY BECAUSE THEY'RE SHADY... save yourself some heartache and forget about WAISTSHAPERZ.COM!

WAISTSHAPERZ is a horrible company. Took 14 days to even receive a confirmation email on my purchase. Took 25 days to get my shipment, when they claim 7-10 days. After I finally received my product, it wasn't even the right size. Every time I tried to call during the process to see where my package was, EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAD AN AWFUL ATTITUDE. They do not know how to treat customers. I asked if they could let the manager know my situation and they said I have to do it myself. They refused to give a manager my information. Now, both managers I have talked to are IGNORING MY EMAILS! How bad is that for a company to ignore a paying customers emails of concern. WAISTSHAPERZ is a rip off I can get the same product somewhere else for half price and get it 2 weeks early. Please someone shut this scam company down.

Follow up to previous review; body shaper finally arrived. It's one with shoulder straps that cover stomach and thighs, but the crotch is sewn shut. Without a opening to use the bathroom, IT'S COMPLETELY WORTHLESS as you would have to get entirely undressed just to pee! Ridiculous! Even cheap body shapers have an opening in the crotch. I filed a claim with Paypal, but they found in favor of this lying company without investigating. I even have substantiating evidence of their false advertising, but Paypal didn't want it. Not too happy with them either.

Today I contacted customer service (online help) because there was an issue with my delivery. Earlier today the tracking showed it was out for delivery here in Chicago where I live then a couple hours after that it showed "picked up in Hicksville, NY". Their online customer service person said I should call USPS, there was nothing else they could do. I told them since they shipped, THEY should track it down. The agent said "that is your job." Unbelievable. I'll never order from them again.
