The quality of their products have gone done exponentially. The products was not as described. It did not go around my wrist 3 times. Im 5'4 and weigh 110 pounds. My boyfriend is 200 pounds and 6'4. He has to wear it as a necklace. There was no slip knot to tighten it on my wrist so it kept falling off. I wear it as a necklace too. The initials have faded on the wood after less than 2 weeks. Very disappointed yes and will not purchase anymore products.

My order was shipped but the track my order option does not work. Also, I have now somehow been charged for ANOTHER order which I did not request! I'm not certain if this is a legitimate company which is sad, because I wanted to support a good cause.

Doing an order on mobile is a bit confusing and wonky. Next time I'd probably make sure I was on an iPad or my laptop but otherwise things were fine and the bracelets themselves are beautiful. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Everything about my order was amazing. I received the order (a gift for my boyfriend) and am 100% pleased with it. I ordered two bracelets with coordinates on them and included an engraved message in the gift box. I cannot wait to give it to my boyfriend!
Easy to navigate, beautiful bracelets. Such great quality, beautiful gift bag too! I loved them and how each bracelet has a story behind it. My sisters were so happy with them! Definitely shopping here again!

Very easy to place my order. The product was packaged well and there were very descriptive details about the product.
My only negative about the product is that the Charms themselves with our initials is rather small and the lettering is hard to read due to how small the lettering is.

After a very small mess up by the computer, the fine folks at Wanderer not only credited my account and sent a very nice email apologizing for an error that wasn't even their fault, they also kicked in a nice thank you to boot. Great company and customer service.
My "20% off, will be applied at checkout never really happened". Maybe it was because it was 11:30pm PST and in another time zone it was the next day. Thought it would have been a little over $41.
Your site was extremely difficult to navigate. Trying to enter a location and find the correct coordinates was very hard to do and fairly difficult on mobile device. It's only because I want this for my wife that I actually spent 20 minutes trying to order it.

Twice I need to do a correction on the wooden box! It wouldn't let me go back! Had to start ALL OVER again! I talked to your help twice! Two different people. Couldn't easily help me at all! I will NEVER ship here again! Issue resolved thank you so much!
