How do you get someone to answer the phone or online chat. I just spent nearly $500 dollars and I can't download the software, online chat doesn't work, and after being on hold for about 5 minutes TWICE! It says "Goodbye" and disconnects! Really? What the hell. You have close of business today or I unsubscribe and demand a 100% refund.

The technicians were foreign with the names Jim and Jeff. That should have given me the red flag. Immediately he said I need cyber security that was $160., I was desperate to get my computer working and paid it. They went into my computer, and everything done was extremely slow. It was a whole day deal that continued on into the next day. All of my data was used on my phone. Nothing was fixed. I ended up fixing it myself. I uninstalled and told them I wanted to cancel, he tried to argue the fact, and still fighting for my money.

On 6/16/23 I was unable to open my preferred browser on my laptop computer. I tried various methods but unable to resolve the issue. I phoned someone who represented himself as a Microsoft tech asking for advice. He offered to fix my computer remotely (with my permission to get into the computer). He removed malware but insisted that to maintain my computer's performance he would have to install a security program. (Windows 10 already has built-in security). I was reluctant but eventually he convinced me to let him install it – promising that that first year's charge would be waived. I reluctantly input my credit card info. But later found that I was charged $289.95 and the company is in Bulgaria. The tech was a Waredot representative. He refused refund my money even after I uninstalled Waredot.

This system is blocking all other programs from running or canceling this progrem is not running and blocking everything from correcting

The free version of the software is good. I was in need of a recovery on immediate basis and the data was of less mb and rescuedata made the recovery free of cost. Thanks to the software and I am planning to buy a paid version for my future security.

I am always so in exigency of this application as anything can happen to my device anytime. As I have lil kids who are always in fond of my device to play games or make installations.
