This company is the parent company of Network solutions and many of their deceptive Mafia Like company's. Once you give them your financials you are a slave forever. Try to cancel and not only will they not cancel but will continue to charge your bank or credit card-s as a reoccurring charge and even fight with your credit card companies. When you call to cancel before the due date for another year, they will bounce you around and try to intimidate and wear you down so you will not continue to fight to get your hard-earned money that they took from your card without notice until after the fact normally 90 days before it is even due, talking about scammers well this is what you will deal with. I have spent close to 50 hours, yes 50 hours fighting them and now they when I call put me on eternal HOLD last call sat on hold for 2 and a half hours before my cell phone battery died. My Mint Mobile Plan is costing me $50/mo instead of the $30/mo mentioned as unlimited data plan. That's because their 4GB limit on hot spot is a useless small amount if you are a hot spot user. The additional hot spot fees makes the actual cost = $50/mo.

It's a great drag-and-drop builder. What a shame that the page load speed is unacceptable and since the platform is very centralised, you can't edit the things that would make the website load faster.

First of all their packages are way higher in price and less offering than other websites but the most HORRIBLE is their customer service. They don't answer the question, it would take 2-3 days till they reply online chat disabled.
I wanted to unlock myy domain in order to move to a better host, I paid the price for the domain they requested and still it took me 2 weeks to finish this issue. 2 WEEKS I have to delay my website publishing till they unlocked my domain.
They were careless, not responsive and very not cooperative

The messages take long to come, and get email isn't easy. But after that is cooolll
Anyway up to now.
I wait to see

I placed an order more than a month ago, they created a label for shipping provided a tracking number but never shipped.
They ket replying to my emails that I will receive in 10 days etc but till now nothing.

FRAUD.

During covid when we are all struggling is the year they choose to not help me. I have had a website there for 6 years and year after year it gets more expensive. I do not recommend them at all.
