My online banking was hacked they added Zelle recipients and sent themselves $1800 out of my checking account. They said they were going to investigate. I even filed a police report! Their conclusion was that it was my fault and will not reimburse me. Wtf! Steer far away from this Bank! They're just as crooked as the people committing the fraud.

The website on my headline saved my life! When I had problems with this platform. Their team responded quickly and provided clear, concise instructions on how to resolve the issue. They also took the time to follow up and make sure everything was ok and got my money back. Overall I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.

We have been banking with Wellsfargo over 30 days. Recently someone somehow took all of our savings that we had in Wellsfargo, and 6 weeks has gone bye and we're still trying to get it back. Wellsfargo states its not their problem, it ours as the fraud was conducted on line. It all starts with text from wellsfargo and then someone either from Wellsfargo or pretending to be from wellsfargo seem to get into your accounty and take everything. We have many people involved and hopefully we'll see our money back. This feels like Wellsfargo is behind the crime or dont care enough about there customers to even investigate. They even stated" as a courtest we attempted to stop the wire transfer" Are you kidding...As a courtesy? I've never wired money in all the time I've been with them and this is all they have to say. They have a name and a bank of where this took place and they dont try to do anything. I've lost everything! I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Thieves, mafia tactics

These MF's are holding my cashiers check for 2 weeks after I deposited in the ATM. I got bills to pay and mangers didn't care. After depositing checks for more than 14 years with out endorsing them, now they came up with a new rule, if you don't endorse your cashiers check they will not clear and make your life miserable. I am done with wells. See you all at chase bank soon.

On the phone with different associates regarding a payment they took even though the credit card has been paid off for over 2 1/2 months - no one knows what they are doing. Corporate /executive office employees try to fix things over their benefits stealing from people. They have been holding $150.00 payment I sent in error, with all the back forth, many calls and frustration, they are just keeping the funds - Do not bank and/or get any products with Wells Fargo they get bigger stealing from people. If you do decide to bank with them after all the bad reviews, pay close attention to the statements to make sure they are not over charging because good luck trying to get funds back.

Beware! If you don't have a smartphone or you are travelling and don't have a US based cell phone plan, you can't set up, close or many ways access your Wells Fargo online account. In my experience, no manager will give authority to override this. I would advise any older person who does not text or person trying to simplify their life to stay away from Wells Fargo bank. Oh and some online chat says you can't use VOIP virtual text lines when abroad to access it.

I have no problem with the information I was given from the Wells Fargo Customer Service Representative. It was how I was spoken to. She constantly interrupted me when I was asking a question and continued to speak over me when I asked her if I could complete my question before gave an answer. I have noticed customer service going downhill for a couple years now. Covid can't be used as an excuse any more. I'm seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere, which is a shame since the branches are so conveniently located.

I've been with well Fargo sense 2016. They treat people like garbage. Seriously. I transfer 7$ on cash app when cash app system was down didn't even know about it till I wasn't receiving my deposit my transfer I contacted my bank to let them know I even show them prove of it they don't believe me but believe cash app that literally stole the 7$. 1 thing about cash app when you do a transfer from the bank you get it on cash app in 1 sec but I didn't when I confront them about it they says the system was down now it's back up I should be receiving the 7$. And I've never did. I contact my bank and they didn't care for nothing I'll be looking for another bank anytime soon we'll Fargo is too fake and unprofessional

Don't choose Wells Fargo

This bank has the worst customer service. Nothing is convenient about this bank at all. They allow money to be withdrawn without your permission. You need your bank card, forget it. It gets mailed out during work hours and needs to be signed. The only way to get it is take off work. Can't get it from the bank. Bank lines take forever. ATM always broke. Ridiculous

No matter how much money you have with them over say 25 years. The one second you go below the balance for an individual account they add a fee. Also if you use another ATM Wells Fargo also charges you 2.50. Is it my fault you bank doesn't have enough ATMS. It's pathetic and after 25 years I'm leaving.they are terrible. There should be a NEGATIVE star rating they deserve minus **************

I got scammed for $15,000.00 on August 27,2023 on Saturday. When I hanged up the I realized I was scared. I call well Fargo immediately and told them what happened. They told me to freeze the accounts immediately since the payment were pending. They told me that there will be no transactions since it is Saturday and Sunday, but should closed the account on Monday. I did everything they asked me to do, yet the paid the scammer any way. I have filed complaints, they refused to refund my lost despite of all the phone calls! This is the worse bank I have deal with in my entire 70 years! And debit card they issued my said I was a customer since 2003 despite of the fact I only open a for less than 9 months and I have never deal with Well Fargo ever! What a dishonest bank! I am thinking to sue them in small claims court.the rating should be -10 but I am forced to them them the lowest possible rating of 1 star.

Wells Fargo is by far the worst bank to bank with. The rumors are indeed true. They are scammers and very fraudulent. My daughters don't give their card info out anywhere for anything. Charges being taken out at 1&2 in the morning from door dash from the same places in San Jose California while she's sleeping in her dorm. The other while at practice her card is being used while she is at home from the same state just waiting a month or two at a time. They don't door dash at all and never did at these times or before. Then their banks try explaining to me about my account when I view my account every day. Constant deducting little by little and trying to explain. I'm so done with this BS bank. They are trash frfr. I don't work to support your bank. I honestly think a lot of things that happen are inside. Frost will be my only bank from here on out for everything. I was only sending money to that account for certain bills. My weekly money wasn't hitting that account because I was a little salty toward the beginning of the year so I opened up with Frost. The best bank move I honestly made in a long time. They are very trustworthy and invite you in their branch to resolve the issue. Dropping Wells Fargo altogether even my daughters

I've been fighting the bank to regain access to my online account for over 3 months now. The only way to check the amount of money in my account is via phone call through the horrible automated system. They use voice recognition as their security, (which is one of the easiest ways to access that information), and it rarely works to begin with. Ive been given the notification to "change my password to regain account access" and every time I do, nothing happens. Their security is awful and their customer service is just as useless. I'm so tired of having these issues when I am simply trying to start a small business. I can't even access my account number without physically going to a Wells Fargo location. Go with LITERALLY any other bank. The overdraft fees alone should be enough to scare anyone away.

Once again the WF monster lied and stated in writing to me " per your request" we are deferring your interest payments until the principal balance is paid in full at which time they will then become due( at a higher interest rate) I NEVER requested this and don't want to do it that way. I called WF and was transferred 3(Three) times today on the phone until I spoke with someone with even a lick of sense. She said it would take 2 to 5 business days to correct their ERROR. It's only keystroke entries on a computer, but when you want keep charging me interest, every day counts.Gee thanks for the quick service. I'm paying off the loan next week. The WF founders are rolling in their graves in regards to the #1 LOWEST ranked bank in the USA. The wheels continue to fall off the stagecoach.

Walked into the bank today was greeted promptly by the Manager David can't say enough how he treated me " awesome " everything I asked he helped me with right away. I would highly recommend this bank and David big time. Great experience!

Calling Wells Fargo customer service involves about 10 minutes of wrestling your way through a menu finally to get a human being. Most of the outgoing messages are in both English and Spanish. You don't get to make a choice you hear both. Time spent. The so-called "bankers" who assist you don't really care about what they tell you – they just make things up. That's been my experience. They are not held accountable either. If you make six phone calls, you will get six different answers. When something goes awry with their rewards program, they take very little responsibility and further delay issuing your rewards for an extremely long time.
