When Ordering the keyboard I did not see information about the delivery times then had a item has been delivered email the next day. What Geek support did answer the email quite quickly and said that the email was an error.
Connecting the keyboard was not simple but didn't take too long.
Finding software to use and actually connected was a pain. The What Geek web page item does not connect to the keyboard.
If I was purchasing again I might not have bought wireless or with a screen.
So far I have changed the keycaps to UK white layout as some symbols were not shown or in the wrong place.
Using the keyboard for office work. Haven't spent that much time on config.

Keyboard arrived within expected time, and works well, with excellent sounds and very nice design. The small screen on the keyboard is a nice feature- just remember to find the driver if you need it to display the correct time! The main issue I have is the quality it arrived in. There are very noticeable scratches in the metal of the keyboard, facing the user. This is very annoying to see on the keyboard, and if any solution can be provided by WG, I would be grateful and happy to update my review accordingly.
Got the Trimui smart pro with 256GB, although product was food, delivery took a little time, but it was mentioned upon ordering. I do recommend upgrading the software to the latest.
If you happy to wait 15-20 days then this is the right place to buy as product was good and the price.

Very happy with my purchase. I previously had the retroid pro 4 and wanted an upgrade. So glad I got the retroid 5.its stunning screen and very slick style. Only thing if say would have been nice would have been the delivery time but worth the wait.
Places the order, did say it would take 2 weeks and arrived within 10 days. Communication in between as to where order was up to wasn't great. But the product is good and does everything as described.

Looking at the setup i initially did not trust the site for payment as no lock was on address bar etc but it is a different logo for site security and certificates and independant reviews all are positive about the site

It took way longer than 25 days to arrive. Plus it didnt show me as well on where the package was so i thought, i lost it at one point..
The product itself is great, the device is wonderful, the card it came with only sometimes works but I am luckily able to add my own games so doesn't matter too much. Shipping was extremely slow, and customer service didn't seem to understand my question or maybe english? I asked how long shipping would take as none of the tracking info worked, they either didn't understand or refused to answer the question, we went back and forth and i asked straight up 3 times how long it would take but nope, never got an answer lol it was actually a bit rude. I was so relieved when it finally arrived I was extremely worried i was being scammed at first due to the problems.

If you are aware of the discord then you know there are some bad reviews on there. I emailed support asking for shipping tracking and they gave it to me, fine good, I then emailed back saying thank you sorry if any convenience because I saw the discord and there were bad reviews. The response I got was you've caused us inconvenience and we are cancelling your order. This is insanely bad customer support, you can't threaten to cancel peoples orders because they mention your Discord reviews. I got my order in about 20 days, five days more than shipping was predicted. The package itself was fine and I can't complain about the item as I like it, I will not be buying here again.

Great product at a great price. Slow dispatch though. With uk being in the website name, I thought the product would have been dispatched somewhere from within the UK. Would use company again. Took just under a month to come
