I was led to believe that by paying extra for shipping that I would receive the boat cover in two days. My invoice included a delivery date of two days after the date of purchase. When I did not receive the boat cover on the delivery date I called customer service. The lady explained that the boat covers are custom made and generally take a week for delivery. The lady refunded the extra charge for two day shipping. When I received my boat cover there were no straps included. The picture of the boat cover showed straps which led me to believe that straps were included. There was no mention that straps were sold seperately in the description of the boat cover. If I had known that straps were separate, I would have ordered those as well. I thought the value of the boat cover and the customer service was very good. Explaining the shipping system and that straps are sold separately would have been helpful.

The product looks good but if you mount it to the deck it can't drain and all the bolts are the wrong size. The caps for the seat back cover the bolt holes and the instructions were for a different seat. Also no mounting hardware. It is built well and strong.
