Very helpful customer service, as I needed to do an exchange from a different Wink Bed product.
Why I chose this business:
I wanted a more traditional style of mattress, I previously owned one of the innovative mattresses from a company named for a color. That mattress failed me badly, so a modern traditional mattress without the high price tag was just what I needed.
My experience with customer service:
I emailed to initiate an exchange from the Plus to the Luxury Firm. They were very helpful and understanding, and I will be making more arrangements with them soon!

The only reason I chose 4 stars for the overall experience is that the communication between purchase and shipping was insufficient. Once I reached out to customer service I received an immediate response and the mattress shipped that day. This is our second time purchasing mattresses from WinkBed — we LOVE the mattresses!
