Easy to use site. We are avid readers so value businesses that offer purchase of secondhand books at a reasonable price and in good condition. We have used this business several times and received the books within a short time.

This is one of the best sites I use online, they genuinely care about their customers, all their descriptions, of what they sell, are spot on, the selections are very good and delivery is, in my experience, fast and free, if you try WOB, then I'm pretty sure you will not be disappointed, ii have made several different purchases, And will continue to do so, for the foreseeable future, take a bow WOB, you have earned it... Superb!

I found the title of the book I wanted easy to find & then had the choice of different conditions of that book in the price bracket I'm happy to pay for it. Delivery was made as promised & tightly packaged so it arrived safely. I've bought a few books from WoB and always very pleased with the service.

I'm generally very pleased with my orders. Delivery is always quick and dvd quality is as described. However, on this occasion and recently, another, I've been left slightly disappointed. With regards Green Wing boxset, dvd condition wise, I would say good, not very good.( I used to sell dvds and books online for a local charity for several years)

I love that you can find the books you want, some new, as good as new, or a bit worn, accurately described and quickly delivered. Really great service I will use again. So great that they aren't pulped or sent to land fill. Can I also sell you some?

Book arrived promptly, and condition was as described. Good price included post and packing. Have used Wob on several occasions and found them convenient and efficient.

Ordered a GCSE modern world history textbook through wob.com. The problem started when there was no option for tracked shipping for my order as it was international. The timeframe was given as 21 days in which it has now been a month and it still has not arrived. Now realize that my order failed the quality control test and was never shipped. I did not receive any other updates on my email about my order than it was on its way. Had a chat to the agent on Facebook messenger in which they sent me a NZ post tracking number which after 1 week still did not work or update. Shocking experience feels like I have been scammed. Customer support says I should receive my refund in 48 hours lets hope that works. Terrible! They should at least provide mandatory tracked shipping for international orders.

4 books put in a small plastic bag which split open. Royal mail could not deliver,took over a week to get my books.
Please WOB don't overload your deliveries.
