Garbacge product that didnt work. The support is non-existent and evasive. You can forget any hopes of a refund as they hide behind their "refund policy" which is just straight BS. This company is nothing more then a den of thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I purchased the Wondershare Filamora and I can't get my account activated. I was advised it took six minutes to respond but it's been over an hour and they have not resolved my problem over the phone and contact by email is impossible. The representative hung up the phone on me

I purchased Filamor from wondershare. There was an option to buy it with a one time sum, or make monthly payments. I chose the one time sum.
3 months later, while 400 miles from home on vacation, they took more money off my card causing the fraud department at my bank to block my card leaving me stranded.

The software itself works kinda ok-ish the two times I've used it. It's their idea of professionalism that leaves a lot to be desired.

First off, it is way overpriced, especially for a subscription based service. They're charging me upwards of $22 a month for this software when there's free alternatives out there that do the exact same thing.

Second, their accounts system is a nightmare and a half. I tried to delete my account after it siphoned somewhere up to $100 off my credit card- it was the only way to stop losing money to the thing, because when I tried to find my subscription, it said "no valid subscription". On my quest to delete my account, I found out that it's not a click of a button to delete it, like it is on LITERALLY EVERY OTHER SITE ON THE INTERNET- you actually have to talk to someone, like it's still 1970 for some reason! And that means waiting on a customer service rep, sometimes for as long as half an hour!

The CustServ rep was equally unhelpful. She couldn't find any evidence that I had even paid Wondershare any money, and then went afk for half an hour.

NEVER doing business with these clowns again.

The advertisement says different thing, i did 7 days free trail and after i used i canceled the plan. They still charge me the monthly subscription and when i reached out they deny to refund saying you cancel it for personal reason. Are you serious? Total scammer. Be aware

Why do people pay for a subscription to Wondershare Recoverit? - To get the result as soon as possible, because their work file is broken, and it needs to be fixed ASAP, to does not affect their work.

I absolutely don't recommend Wondershare Recoverit, as it doesn't work!

I contacted their technical support, to say that Recoverit does not work, and ask they return the money for the subscription, because they service can't help me, as stated.
They asked me to send them screenshots with an error to confirm the problem, and then a broken working file so that their technical specialists would try to fix it.
For the third day they have been fooling me and they do not want to return the payment for the subscription.
They still can't or don't want solve the problem with the file. Technical support behaves as if they are mocking me. They asked to send an example of a good file created on the same device, and after I did it, they just return this file back with the phrase "here is your restored file, we fixed it". What?! Are they serious?!
Then again they ask to send them screenshots of the error that I sent them twice already.

I don't believe they will ever refund my money. I think they are shameless scammers.

I purchased perpetual plan. They offer no free upgrade support. The advertise a 60% discount but it is only a 50% discount... now they inform me that it does not download videos anymore... Scammer

I bought a subscription for the Unlock part of the Dr.fone app but it did not work... They did not refund my money and I got significantly damaged in this regard because I wasted my time and energy. All of my efforts were useless to get my right...

I had a year subscription that renewed only after 2 months...10 months early! They double charged me and then charged me for a bunch of addons i didn't order. I HAD already paid for a year and they recharged me within 2 months. BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scammer company and stole $120 through fraudulent charges. I will STILL be pushing this forward in Paypal.

Democreator by Wondershare seemed pretty good, so I thought I'd be ok with the subscription. Trying to use my camera and screenshare was glitchy, so I took a look at the FAQ. No luck. Then tried tech support. Only bots and I called the tech number with no luck as well. I asked for a refund and was told I was not allowed to have one because I signed up for a subscription during the free trial. Buyer be ware for sure!

Hi you pieces of crap, thank you for tricking me into uploading my video to "upscale it" and not be able to download it. I will be going to all your apps and writing bad reviews on them. Also note that I was initially testing your product to potentially recommend it to my agency, you just lost yourselves a potential client.
Maybe that will teach you not to waste people's time. Also, even the first few "upscaled" frames look like $#*!. Peace out, you crappy old $#*!s with a $#*!ty product and even $#*!tier company ethics.

I purchased the UniConverter software so I could remove some watermarks from the video. Their website says that they "REMOVE" watermarks but they do not. That is a lie. They use blur tools to obfuscate the watermark or logo.
I requested a refund based on this fraudulent claim that they made but they are refusing to provide a refund even though they are committing consumer fraud by claiming a function that their software simply doesn't have.

If you look at the images below, the area where the watermark was is very blurred and obfuscated but the watermark has NOT been removed. It is simply not visible. This method makes the video look like trash and is simply unacceptable as an option.

I bought the software because i needed to batch add outros to my videos and it loses quality

Requested a refund 4 days after purchase and guess what, they try to dodge it and put the blame on me under pretext that I changed my mind, they ask for a ton of proof and the customer support is just HORRIBLE

They don't even bother to say your name

They steal the money, unauthorized payments, in products that you are supposed to have already bought, they want to charge you for other things

Did not want this product or asked for it repeatedly asked for refund of 57.15. Blanked.

I should have read the reviews. No warning but my second subscription payment for this not very good software was processed and on the day I received notification from PayPal asked to cancel and get refund. Of course it is a no as you would expect from a company with a poor product and poor service level.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

I asked this terrible company to cancel and refund me my money on the day I was automatically charged for their service.

I would hope no one downloads from this company as they do not care about there customers.

The product is complete garbage. It does not allow you to delete any object (as it promises) from the videos. All it does is smear over the object, and if the object moves, then you will still see it. The worst part of all is they force you to sign up for a year (or a month that is the same cost as the year) because they're scammers and if you try to cancel, they still charged you for the year. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. STAY AWAY!

I purchased product. Less than 24hrs of install I realized this was an unnecessary product purchase and requested refund only to be told personal choice nor to keep is not allowed under their refund policy...what the heck ever happened to product returned.Uninstalled/ unsatisfied money refunded! Horrible business motto!
