I initially found zilliondesigns.com via a search engine, and started an application for a custom logo presentation. Within 1-2 minutes of creating my customer profile, I had a gentleman calling my cell phone (7:45 EST) offering me special discounts and asking for my credit card number! I declined, and he was nice enough to send me a URL link for payment 30 seconds later. However, I felt the need to do more research given how quickly his approach went from "hello" to "I'm ready for your credit card information..." and it seems there are several unhappy customers. It has been 5 hours since I spoke to them, and I have already received two additional reminder emails asking for payment.

It seems as though their priority is collecting payments... I will pass on this company, but seemingly with ALL online "logo creation" companies, it seems the are high pressure to buy, but low pressure to actually deliver. Buyer beware.

As a new venture setting sail on a small budget, we were quite put off by various companies touting their understanding of small business needs, yet offering all-in-one solutions at "champagne quality" pricing. Though we had never used, or even considered, a service such as LogoDesignGuru, we were immediately put at ease with the communication we began receiving upon completion of our order, from both their corporate offices as well as their designer affiliates. Soon thereafter, we even upgraded our order from just a single service to a full package deal.

Having recently completed and finalized our company logo design project (we received over 180 submissions to choose from) we remain confident in our decision to go this route. Having employed and/or subcontracted a graphics design department in the past, we can say with 100% certainty that we would have never received the sheer variety of concepts as we did with LogoDesignGuru... and the quality is top notch.

If you're looking for a capable company that can deliver in a reasonable timeframe under tight budgetary restrictions while still a maintaining high standard of quality, then look no further. You've found it in LogoDesignGuru.

We recently used MycroBurst for the first time to create a logo for our business. It worked just as promised - we paid $200 and for that got many submissions from very talented designers. We took time to look at designers work that we liked and invited them to submit to our project. Most that we invited did respond. We also gave feedback to make changes to get our logo just the way we wanted. In the end, we got a very professional logo which was exactly what we were looking for - our designer provided us with a complete branded look which was really really helpful. Would definitely use again for future projects!

I have just used the Logo Guru site from mycroburst to find a suitable company logo and would 100% recommend this to anyone else looking to do the same. The innovative design competition process enabled us to receive some great ideas we would never have thought of ourselves and allowed us to refine this to get exactly what we wanted, even though we weren't quite sure what that was when we started. We have now selected the logo and are over the moon.

Only support team English to fool customers rest all pakistanis! Big game play there.

Customers are cheated as they get same designs from other contest just colors & named changed! Most logos are copied from the net & other free sources. All stationery & webdesigns are copied from one contest to other! Some designers from pakistan are part of the internal team & they cheat all designers & project holders very cleverly! They will not allow you to win & even if you win you will be on their list to bring you down.
There is a person named Wajeeh who claims to be the top manager there & incharge of all design checks.
WOW - He himself is the biggest cheat & spoiling the site with his poor knowledge & selfmade policies!

Pretty good overall experience! I started off thinking I wanted certain elements in my logo, but as the designs came in, each one had something I liked that I had not thought of. And, I gave quite a lot of information about what I was looking for in the brief. So, through this web site and the designers, I was able to streamline my logo into something very elegant, classy and yet creative enough to be impactful. In my opinion and every person that saw it, the logo is perfect!
In order to get what you want, be prepared to really baby this project; as designs come in from all over the world, you'll get them throughout the day, so try to be prompt with feedback. Be courteous, kind and don't forget to thank your designers!

One thing I will say is that I had a few designers who clearly did not speak English as their first language, so it was difficult to understand sometimes, and things tend to get lost in translation. I'm wondering if there was a way to have a translation tool, because it could make things a little more clear for each side!

Ultimately, I was able to work within a set budget and give specific ideas to my designers and I am very pleased with the outcome! Thank you!

I used this site for the design of our company logo and was completely satisfied with the quality of the designs provided and the ease of working with the many designers who competed in our project. We had some 195 designs and were able to eliminate all but 3 (it was not easy as many of the designs were quite good), then asked our team and several outside judges to help decide which was the best. The final design is exactly what we had in mind in terms of being elegant and technology oriented. All in all, a solid, professional experience and a great way to obtain great choices for a logo.
