I got exactly what i ordered and what was in the picture and it came faster than expected. Me and my friends all ordered Bleach shinigami robes and they were all good quality. The materials are nice and comfortable and the sizes fit. You can buy shinigami costumes at heaps of different cosplay sites, but this is probably the best one because it's a good decent price, good quality and it includes all the accessories needed.

I was hesitant at first because I didn't know if the costume would fit my girlfriend. But the customer service was superb and confirmed that returns and exchanges are free. We were able to get a full refund and the whole thing was free of charge!

This where thy shine... the rep was very nice and helped me as much as he could. The site should have more superhero costumes, that's essential to a costume store, but overall it was pretty decent. I bought an alternate version of Iron Man for my kid's party.

This place seriously has everything... not just for Halloween. This is a true gem of Orange County! Super friendly staff and the whole store is amazing. I would recommend taking your kids to a fun place like this instead of just buying online. We had so much fun!

Misrepresented inventory - I purchased 5 pairs of jazz shoes from this supplier. It took almost 3 weeks to get the shoes (although in this supplier's defense, I did not place a rush order), and the style sent was NOT what I had ordered. I ended up resoling the shoes ($$$) because I did not have enough time to order the right ones in time for competition. I let the supplier know that her code number for the shoes does not match the company's code number (which is the code number used at every dance store), and since she does not have a description of the shoes on her website, the customer unwittingly orders the wrong shoes! I am hoping she will change her website to correct this misrepresentation. I just wanted to let other dancers know that they need to be VERY careful ordering from this supplier. On the "plus" side, I left a voice mail and email explaining my problem and the supplier did call back...(unusual to actually have human contact when there is a problem).

I bought it on Jan. 18th, and I didn't know that Chinese New Year was near the corner in China, I was worried about the delivery date, but luckily, they shipped my costume before their holiday, and I got it yesterday, the time is just right. Thank you for your patient feedback

What a rip off! - Do not order from this company - I ordered a toy cowboy gun set for my Grandson's birthday retail price of $27 - what they sent me did not match the description or picture at all - they sent a cheap plastic toy you'd buy at the gas station that might last your child a day! They did allow me to return it but with shipping both ways I have spent $17 for junk that I refused to keep. I am still trying to get my shipping refunded to no avail. Interesting -they no longer have this toy to sell.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and it was shipped later than it should have even though I selected next-day shipping. They never pick up their phone and they only replied to my numerous email inquiries about a week later. Their excuse was that I had sent my email after 7 pm so they had shipped it the next day, but I had an email confirmation to prove them wrong, so after a day or two they replied and agreed to refunding the shipping costs. When I asked them for a return authorization number so I could return my products, they never replied. Have not heard from them to this day. I did an online search and found other customers who had similar problems. In addition, they seem to have a tendency to not send the complete order; my own package only included two out of three items that I had ordered, even though the enclosed invoice listed all of them. They never addressed these concerns either. I gave up trying to contact them and have decided to sell the items elsewhere. Given the terrible customer service, I would strongly advice buying your costumes and accessories somewhere else.

An illegitimate business that seemingly does not actually have product, but simply collects credit card and personal information. They will accept your order, but then immediately refund you. Appears to be a scam.

The sizes on their products are WAY OFF. According to their chart, my waist size of 32 would call for the smallest size of an X-small of 36 inches. However when I got it (expecting to have it be very large on me) i found that i could not even get it on it was so small. The shirt length shows 24 inches long, however, it was so short my belly button was not even covered at 19 inches! I am very disappointed to then find out that they dont even pay for shipping costs for me to order another product and have this one returned! Especially when the size chart has incorrect sizes on it! I will not be ordering from them in the future.

Absolute trash. Placed an order for 5 in stock items. Emailed them after 2 weeks of no shipping notification & was told they'd just gotten a new supplier so it was likely related to that. 3 weeks later I emailed since it had been over a month & I was told none of the 5 items were in stock any longer. I was told my order would be canceled & I'd be refunded. No apology for just holding my money over a money & then giving me nothing. No discount code for a future purchase or anything. They hate their customers & they go out of their way to show you you don't matter.

I had very high hopes for this boots from 同行. But when I received it, i tried on, and I almost slipped down. I have to buy another from the website mileyshouse my sister introduced. It was very warm and I needn't worry about the coldness of this winter.

I ordered a good amount of costumes and accessories from this site and paid with Paypal. No confirmation was received, but I was just checking my Paypal balance to see the money refunded. No message with the refund. Just left in the dark as to why none of my order could be fulfilled. I'm just glad I used Paypal as maybe I would have had to wait months for my refund. BE WARNED.

I placed my order a few weeks ago. Only communication is initial email saying they got my order... I followed up numerous times about the status of my order... it's 2 days before Halloween... have not heard back from them... now my order# is no longer valid... no cancellation no refund. I will file a complaint on PayPal! This is a scam site stay away!

I should have listened to my friend's recommendation to buy from vandresses.com because the costume i bought on this website for Christmas was too expensive but cheaply made

This place is a complete joke. They do not honor or stand by there products. Horrible customer service. Costumes are complete garbage. Not worth the stress and product. Buy from a better source.
