I've ordered many watch bands from Epic and have loved all of them, including those I've given as gifts. The customer service is fantastic as well. They even follow up to ensure the product was delivered when expected.

Gary turned up when promised and setup discretely. He worked with us to incorporate little touches into our day that made it special for us, including family involvement. He was very flexible and responsive to our guests, even adapting to the spontaneous conga line that developed and sending us a video of it afterwards which was awesome. He read the room well and stayed beyond our original end time since our guests were enjoying his music so much. We've had multiple mentions since then from guests who loved his playing. My wife and I ordered wedding rings from manly bands. Within three weeks my wife's rings broke. They would not fix them without paying more. We took to jeweler and found out that the bands were not solid gold as advertised. Beware if buying from them.

The Original Moonlighters were the BEST wedding band! We wanted a good variety of songs that kept everyone dancing all night, and they delivered and then some! Their musical talent was awesome, and the playlist couldn't have been better. They were also ready to roll with the punches when unplanned things occurred, like an over-served groomsman jumping on stage and being the lead singer for an entire song, or when they broke into an impromptu version of "The Stars at Night" on the trumpet for our guests, half of whom were from Texas. They were absolutely incredible and just MADE our reception. The dinner music they played was classy and made us feel like we were at the most chic of events, and the dance music after dinner was just so much fun. They are laid back, easy to work with and receptive to ideas. They're great at MCing the event, as well, and keeping a good flow throughout the evening for things like the cake cutting, first dance, intros, bouquet toss, send off... and "Shout!" as the last song was the best three minutes of my entire life. They're awesome, and a great price for this area. BOOK THEM!

Love zac Brown band! There are playing close to my home. So excited to see them but shocked how expensive tickets are. I'm 72 and the cheapest ticket is $300. No wonder they haven't sold out in last month! And ads on TV constantly trying to sell more.

They got my order wrong and shipped everything ups ground instead of the 2nd day air that I paided for. Called to complain and person was not helpful, and said it was my fault even though the order cleary said 2nd day air. Would not recommend this company at all to anyone. Don't seem likely for me to be refunded for the shipping or the wrong blade. Worst online buying experience.

These fabric band-aids are horrible and start to unravel within minutes of placing the band-aid. And…. Heaven forbid you get it wet which immediately dissolves the adhesive causing the band-aid to slip iff. Unfortunately, I am stuck with a box of these, and have already gone through many over the past several days since the purchase on 12/1/25 at Walmart. Below you can see the white fabric fringe as each string appears and strips away the fabric. As a note, this band-aid was in use for less than 15 minutes and got wet while filling my dog's water bowl. Due to security and my charge card number exposed and other items purchased I will not show proof of purchase.

I paid extra to have them here by a certain date and they are arriving 7 days late! DON'T charge people extra, if the company cant produce the product when promised.

Ordered a ringer t-shirt supposed to be cotton/poly mix but it was 100% cotton and totally said the wrong thing under the picture was completely wrong as advertised. Emailed for a refund said they don't pay for return shipping even when it was their fault! Complete POS company. Don't waste your time or money. No I know why there are no reviews on their website!

Don't trust this service! Period. I showed up for a gig, for an artist that was in NO WAY shape or form what I was advertised to by Bandsintown. I understand I'm not alone in this experience after reading several reviews of this service. You will get through to no human being with an issue and you can kiss whatever money you've spent on some random show for someone with a SIMILAR if not identical name to the artist you actually are listening to that they're targeting an ad for. There doesn't seem to be anyone checking these things with the artist's management before using their name and likeness to sell you tickets for a show that is NOT what you think it is. A perfect example of why you should not trust cross-tracking apps. The only human error made here is my own, but I will not be fooled again. I hope this helps keep someone from wasting their time and money!
