I have ordered from here a few times. Shipping is always super quick. They have a great size guide to help make sure you find the right style and size to fit your body. I have had to return an item once and it took a longer time than I expected to get my refund (and only after I sent email follow up to see when it would be coming). They used to quite often have coupon codes for the entire site but now the majority of the promotions I receive are for certain items that are marked down. Overall, happy with the products with this site, my experience with customer service was a bit slow which is why I only rated 4 stars.

I was sick and tired of paying $95 for seven jeans that just die on me in under a year. A friend recommended this site as their is some stretchy material like spandex in the jeans to make them fit perfectly. I think same material in seven jeans. I can get 3-4 pairs for the same price as sevens. I think they run a little small so just make sure to order them a little bit tighter than you normally would a the store. They fit really good too.

Do yourself a favor and purchase them through Nordstrom. The denim itself is outstanding quality, the customer service starts off very fine when you're spending upwards of 400.00 for two pairs of jeans, but when in need of returning that's when things take a nosedive for the worst. We are not the only household that has had this issue with their return service, where the package goes missing for three days (albeit the UPS being crappy as it is) still, we reach out to customer service and were ignored in several attempts to rectify the situation. An expensive pair of designer pants which you need to return is going missing and you're left to your own devices, until finally, someone from customer service has the gall to write back reminding us to 'wait 7-10 business days to process the refund once we receive your item'. We were inspired to check out their horrible ratings on BBB website and were shocked but not surprised at how lackluster the customer service was and how they are just stinking of bad business with lost returns, lagging customer care, essentially taking peoples money and not giving a crap. Be very careful, make sure you are complacent with your order OR better yet, order your Liverpool denim through department stores (nordstrom is a great bet, since they tend to be ahead of the sales) also too Nordstrom will not lose your return nor will they give you a runaround. Be very careful when dealing with Liverpool directly from their website. We're still awaiting our return to go through that was sent out over a week ago. As for the product itself? The sizing can be a little 'off' and varies, but the quality is truly there, still we are purchasing through Nordstrom as to avoid the Return Service From Hell

I've never had jeans feel this good. No bunching, no sagging, just solid structure with enough stretch to move. These replaced three pairs in my closet overnight.

These should be sold at one place - the dollar store. Complete garbage. Hate their jean... the material they use is coated in chemicals and made with synthetic material.

I retuned the first pair of jean which did not fit for a store credit to avoid the $10 return fee as I planned to try another style. These did not fit either so I requested a cash refund. They charged $10 fee for the return but absolutely refused to refund my credit so I am now out $217. I wonder if this is legal.

I confirm that "10-15 business day delivery" is a misrepresentation, to say the least. No sign of life after 20 business days. And when you talk to "Customer Service", you get a very rude and inconsiderate reception. It looks like they don't know what customer service is about. I was led to believe that one of the owners is setting the tone to the place. Bought from them 3 times already and spent over $1000 with them, but this time will be the last. Lots of good online hardware vendors in Canada with service-oriented people such as Mississauga Hardware, Busy Bee Tools, etc., that you don't need the headache of dealing with these people. On top of that, JC Cayer is an Ontario outfit and they charge Quebec sales taxes for shipments to Quebec (Quebec is not part of the HST system). I do hope they remit the Quebec taxes to the government, instead of simply pocketing it. Otherwise, it's stealing. 0 star or minus 1 would be more appropriate.

These people are not recommended. I purchased a BLM shirt from them and had to send sever emails and chats asking when was it gonna be shipped. Kept getting a response from 1 name (Cheseca?) It or she kept giving the same lie that it was packaged and ready to ship for 10+ days. After I called them out on their lies they stopped responding to and emails and chats. I will never deal with a company that don't have a 800# to speak to a human. They're ripping people off and they need to be stopped. I'm not the only one that's gone through this.
