I’m someone who loves to find great products and deals. I don’t have patience for companies that feel they can treat the customer badly. Nor do I feel that the business should be ripped off.
I feel strongly about writing about products that can really help, plus the people I spoke to when purchasing the product. Although most people find it easier to write to companies about any complaints. However, I feel it’s very important to write about the good too. Again, a way to show balance.
