Public Defender's are over worked and under paid. If you are truly Innocent then, unless you can afford another attorney, plea bargain, for you will lose. The DA throws allot of mud and the nieve jury eats it up. Many Innocent humans in prison for crimes they did not do. Justice and Mercy? Wrong, best attorney wins. Injustice in the courts.
