Just an average guy who doesn't believe that it is unrealistic to expect honesty, quality, responsiveness and value for my money. I also believe that it is only right to give vendors the opportunity to make things right before sharing a negative experience with the world. Thankfully, the majority of the vendors I deal with are honest, upright and deliver good service. Most of my postings on consumer review sites are done to recognize such businesses.
