I am not new to the Internet, but I am new to owning my own computer and connecting with broadband. I've had WebTV since 1998. It has its limitations but it was easy to learn and turned out to be a great introductory tool. I created five user names who each in turn created many web pages, all linking to each other. I then had unlimited access to my neighbor's computer, also on slow dial-up but useful as another learning tool.
