I've worked in multiple fields of employment. Most related to customer service. I do expect good customer service. I will call out companies who do a poor job of this. If I give positive feedback, than they have probadly gone above and beyond. I'm willing to give companies another chance if they make right of their wrong. You will know about my experience.
