Hi I am a psychotherapist/hypnotherapist specialising in helping people with Multiple Sclerosis and Survivors of Child Rape and Abuse.

My wife and I are keen travellers and have been to over 50 countries. We have started to blog our experiences to help people enjoy there travels and avoid some of the pitfalls.

My main interests outside of work are sport and still play competitive cricket and 5aside football.
