Ordered online Artfire's website - Graco car seat $76.00. Paid for order through paypal & Artfire received/deposited my money. Never received the car seat. I sent multiple emails - no response. ArtFire sent a false USPS tracking number to Paypal showing delivery. USPS was contacted and they confirmed the SCAM. The USPS Tracking number sent by Artfire or zen23ur had nothing to do with our shipment. Please don't do business with these folks. Nothing more than fraud/theft. White collar crime. Suntrust bank is also investigating them for fraud on our behalf.
I would give them a zero if possible. I placed an order mid June for a lifetime shed. I never received an order or shipping confirmation. Every time I email them, I get an immediate automated response. If they do follow up, they aren't nice about it. I finally canceled the order after a month and not getting any answers, and contacted PayPal to get my money back. I agree with others, in that, this is a total scam.
I just moved and have nothing, no furniture, no money, and I thought that this site was legit... but NO. My money has been extorted and nothing has shipped. So I don't eat for a month, wow, this is getting worse with these internet scams. These people need to be shut down, for real! I am not giving any rating, because none is deserved. They also do this on Ebay, which I am about cancel as well. Pay pal is no help! PS. It made me give at least one star... ugh!
Ordered a amplifier and messaged them on when it would be shipped never heard anything then all of a sudden I get an email saying it was shipped to my doorstep at a certain time which I was there but never got the shipment
This site is a glossy front office for thieves. I too am a victim of fake tracking number used to give paypal a license to reject my claim. I am now filing with the credit card company(my credit union) to get the scam seller nicked for the money and back in my pocket. The lure of the prices at this site are not worth the effort you have to undertake to reverse your bad decision.
Purchased an item, paid for it thru PayPal as it I saw the only method they accept. They collected my money instantly and I have no confirmation, communication, explanation, nothing after 4 days and multiple attempts to contact. This is a scam, look at their reviews. They need to be shut down.
I paid for a jbl 5 speaker and no tracking number or anything, no response through multiple emails. Do not get scammed and buy from this site. They take your money and run!
I wish I could have gave them a -5 star rating! This is a fraudulent website. We ordered a Mr Buddy heater from this website back in the middle of May and we gave them a month to get the item delivered to us and we got nothing. On June 16th I requested our money back by email and we received no correspondence back.
I set up an ArtFire account 6 years ago, but never opened my shop, and never logged back in.
They charged me $4.99 for having a "starter shop" out of the blue this month, and have refused to refund me. They also managed to turn on "automatic payments" via my PayPal, but somehow this is considered an "authorized payment" via PayPal, so I'm out of that money apparently, despite never having bought, sold, or even listed items on their site. The worst part is you have to request for them to delete your account for you! I will never do business with ArtFire again, and will stick with Etsy.
Ordered a bistro set for $99. They never sent it and never responded to any emails. I filed a claim with paypal but they closed it saying it was delivered even though it was not. I suspect they send a small piece of mail to show delivered tracking and STEAL your money. NO recourse through ARTFIRE.com and paypal is garbage as always.
I purchased a baby bed for my daughter. She having a baby boy. In December. And that was my last. I've not heard back from customer service with a shipping date. This is sad to steal people's money and not answer the emails
After placing an order and having to jump through hoops just to get a false response, I won't be dealing with this site again. The seller falsified tracking information and haven't been communicating like they said they would. Place your order somewhere else.
Scammers. I ordered a 3500gph sand pool pump for 99.99 and received a package of disposable masks. I've got an open case with PayPal. I suggest you don't order from this site. It's terrible
I order a roomba, never got shipping info. Contacted PayPal and opened a case. The next day they sent me fake shipping information and an email saying I need to close my case on PayPal. I emailed different emails that were associated with my order and no response from any of them. You can just send your money to me and I'll send you a thank you card at least you'll be getting more than you'll be getting from artfire.
The site might be ok but they don't verify their sellers. I knew something was wrong when I used PayPal and it did not return to the purchase page for final authorization. The seller took the money and ran. Different names and contact information given each time. And then this seller had the nerve to use a tracking number that was not under my name or address. Fortunately. PAYPAL refunded my purchase price since I never received the product ordered.

I have been told that if the price is to good to be true then it is a scam. I had a friend of mine order something and it said 12-14 days and she never got it. She tried to message the seller and the company and no answer. Luckily she did it with a prepaid card so she really didn't loose a lot of money. Check your websites multiple times before you purchase anything.
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
