Ordered a bench that Never Came! **don't be lured in by low prices. It's a SCAM** Seller conveniently DISAPPEARED FROM SITE. Called VISA to dispute my $99. Artfire should be shut down!
I feel bad for this company has plenty of potential. I purchased two different occasions for a fluval fx 6 canister filter first time was funny received a blank envelope from California ty paypal for my refund.so I tried again with a different seller stupid me felt for it again emailed seller he replies 3 to 4 days it will be shipped give it some time due to covid ya right. These scammers need a life... they should be prosecuted to the max hard working people getting scammed on such good deals... so if it looks like a super duper deal be warned it might be a scam. Yup and there contact email will dissapear wola poof no such email or shop.so your stuck like chuck. Had to give em 1 star for this review
I ordered a Ryobi pool vac on 6/27/21 from The Sunshine store. The seller never sent me an invoice or the tracking number to track the item. They gave PayPal the tracking info once I tried to cancel the payment. I tracked the package through UPS. The seller sent it to the wrong name and address on purpose. Thank God I payed through PayPal and I'm able to get my money back. Do not order from them and Artfire isn't helpful.
I purchased a pool through this website from seller *******@aol.com, when it didn't ship I looked up reviews and realized I was getting scammed I asked PayPal to stop the transfer of money and they let them send a tracking number out and said my item was delivered. I never received a swimming pool. I'm now scammed and PayPal won't do anything to help me. Hopefully I save someone else from being scammed by this website and this seller. Karmas a $#*!
ArtFire needs to be shut down letting all these scammers make money thanks to them and ArtFire receiving profit from all the fake sales going on here. How do they get paid as soon as the order is placed. They should do like Mercari and not get paid until they have gotten rated. To make sure you did get the items ordered and not a boggus package with medical masks...
I wish I had seen this website BEFORE I ordered 2 bedframes from Artfire's website... I am sure I will never see the merchandise or my $108 again. No response to ANY emails. Just happy I didnt spend more.
DO NOT USE THEM! Stick to amazon or well known retailers.
ArtFire is full of scams. I learned the hard way. I ordered a ryobi lawnmower and nail gun. What I received was a small package with 10 disposable face masks in an opened package. If you're looking at this site, close your browser and don't ever come back. Trust me, if it looks too good to be true it is because it is! Thankfully I made my purchase through PayPal so I was able to get fully refunded. Oh and the "store" I purchased from disappeared within 2 days after I placed my order. I strongly advise NOT to take any chances. Do not purchase from this site! I apologize to any legitimate venders. You may want to move your business to a new site because these scammers are going to shut this site down eventually.
Scam. They even show a tracking number of some shipment that is not even your address and give it in disputes. Paypal rejected my dispute saying tracking number is given. Even when I said I got nothing, they closed the dispute. The site is absolute fake.
Scam. You will place you order, not receive it, file a claim with Paypal and they will provide a shipping tracking number to your city that was not actually for you. Clever and works because none of the shippers give actual address verifications, only cities.
Scammers lure you in with cheap prices and then take your money. They don't ship your order or answer your email request.
I learned after it was to late. I never received my order. It was two black pool lounge chairs. Anyway, Im still waiting for PayPal to reverse the payment and it's been a month!
BIG SCAM! You can pay wth paypal shame on them never get what you order nor cant contact SHUT this place down JOKE
I order a laptop and got an empty envelope with a sponge.
So they have a tracking Number so a can not dispute the charge
I ordered from there site from a scammer. The scammer failed to respond and rolled up shop with everyone's money. Artfire takes no responsibility for their vendors or consumer purchases. Below is their position on their vendors: ArtFire Customer Service Team (ArtFire.com)

Hello,
ArtFire provides a listing service similar to a classified ad. Anyone is welcome to list and sell on ArtFire as along as they comply with our Terms of Service. Those terms include a requirement to ship products in a timely fashion and communicate with buyers. If Sellers fail to comply with our TOS they are removed from the platform and their shops are closed. We do remove sellers on a regular basis who have not fully complied with our TOS. All purchases are made between buyer and seller. ArtFire does not process payment or have access to any funds. This means that a buyer can always dispute or initiate a chargeback directly with their payment provider.
Sincerely,
ArtFire Customer Service
This organization is completely dishonest and has only one objective; profit at any expense. They refuse to identify and block scamming sellers, even when they are notified. Their policies place all the responsibility on the buyer, and they don't care if you are robbed. Imagine selling a $700 Weber grill for $199. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay far away from this website, take your name off their member list, and write a negative review on every social media site you have access to. Eventually they will shut down when buyers and sellers stop using their site. Artfire and especially John Jacob's have made America and the decent person trying to make a living look like thieves and scammers. Immoral, shameful and despicable.
This website is bogus, I ordered a lego boost set and they send me masks! It was expensive too and I never heard back from the seller. So then I burned the masks. TERRIBLE experience.
This app is a scam thats all I can say I regret spending my money on low life people who have to take from other get a job and stop stealing peoples hard earned money I spent $40 sum on a tv that they still haven't even contacted me about shipping and I should of read the reviews before buying from here I highly regret coming on this site just stay on Amazon everyone cause u are just losing your money once they get it there site will disappear and you won't even get a answer from the seller they give u all fake accounts so don't do it
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from this website. They do not support their customers OR their vendors and any disputes are at your OWN expense. We ordered an item from one of their "screened and approved" vendors, they took our money ($100), never provided the product, no refund or any correspondence from the vendor, who then disappeared without a trace. ArtFire did NOT support, assist, or accept any responsibility for this transaction. Buy here at your PERIL, or be sure to use PayPal, since using your own bank/credit card will surely afford you nothing but a loss of funds.
I have had an Artfire account for many years and out of nowhere,

SCAMMING WEBSITE! SCAMFIRE!
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Make a claim on BBB or email artfire.com directly
Answer: I maded an order the order number is 2567947 and I have not receive it
