Best price on the web for everything under the sun EXCEPT you never get what you ordered, i. E. I ordered a craft cutting machine... I received an envelope with disposable masks. Looks great with paypal since they did ship the item. No customer service. The stores quickly disappears from the website after they sell you something. Although I got reimbursed from paypal under the buyers' protection. They are scams.

I purchased an item on the Artfire site and the seller never sent the item. So I sent the seller a message to either find out where my item was or get a refund, and the seller did not respond. Next, I tried to contact Artfire's customer service, but they don't really have any. I could not find any way to file a complaint and get my money back. Do not buy anything from any seller on Artfire.com. The whole set up is a scam. I'm currently working with PayPal to get my issue resolved, but I don't know if I'll be able to get my money back.

Stay away from this website. It's a scam. It'll be nearly impossible to get your money back. The website doesn't take responsibility for anything. Maybe they are taking a commission of off what the alleged sellers steal from the people who fail for this scam.

They simply charge your card and hope you don't dispute. They never shipped product and are complicit with scammers pretending to sell product... My charge ended up being a guy who gives "sports tours" and he never responded to requests for tracking etc...

The company is a complete scam. I purchased a mini refrigerator for $99 I received a toy whistle instead. Do not buy from this company or you will be disappointed

I ordered a pool and pool set. I have not received nothing except for my payment receipt. I have emailed the company and seller. The seller has not responded. I will not order nothing else. I work hard for my money.

Artfire needs to do a better job of regulating the sellers that are listed on the site. I ordered a pool for $99 in the beginning of June and today I received a 10 pack of disposable face masks. I don't recommend ordering anything from this site as they don't take responsibility for your loss and it's impossible to contact certain sellers. If you're looking for a bargain this is not the place to go, as you will be scammed instead.

I wanted to purchase a metal swing set from the website. I had questions for the seller however, after days of waiting no response. I emailed the customers support email as well. I messengered the company and they said they are only a platform for sellers and are not involved in the selling or delivery of products. They're suggestion, find another seller! I went back on the web site to find a negative review by another consumer who actually placed the order did not get the product and the same level of support. Be Aware!

Ordered an item from a seller on artfire very disappointed with the company and the seller's represented on the site. I ordered a Wilson Clash 100 tennis racquet, received an envelope that stated I ordered wall clamps. Mind you the envelope was received with an invoice for wall clamps with tracking number for the Racquet. This is why people do not order things online because of the risk of being scammed out of their hard-working money. Requesting a refund is a joke and also a scam.

This company posts ads for chinese scam companies and the show up on google shopping. I ordered a eagle peak canopy and just got a package with a piece of Styrofoam and others have posted the same with the return address: BFE corporation ******* Monte Vista Ave, China CA *******-5722. I wrote to Artfire and the claim no responsibility even though they are complicit in the scam. SHUT THEM DOWN
