No merchandise, no order confirmation, no reply to any form of contact, no phone number, cannot find online, used paypal to international address, filed dispute with paypal, given only a fake ups tracking number showing delivered after just two days, paypal dismissed claim. Have filed a dispute with charge card. SCAM!
Bought and item but never received the product. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Don't use it. It's a scam.
This platform is the most poorly run business that I have ever come across. They claim that they have no regulatory guidelines for the sellers they allow on their platform. I'm sure there are some good ones but imagine after making a purchase from a seller, and not receiving any notifications about your item, being told that the seller is no longer represented on the platform. My question: why haven't they been removed? If it weren't for legitimate businesses like PayPal, you'd be better off taking the money you want to throw away and flush it down the toilet. Essentially, this platform just watches you make a transaction and when it goes south they say, we have no control. Thank God for platforms like Amazon, Ebay and PayPal at least your money is protected from scammers. Do not use this platform, it's a complete joke!
I agree with all the negative testimonials that ArtFire and their merchant partners are a scam. They will take your money, never ship, and never resolve the fraudulent charges. "bag0000" is listed on ArtFire. A total scam. If you have money to burn, feel free to buy on "DumpsterFire". It looks like ArtFire does not qualify their merchant partners for ethics & integrity. Anyone operating from their basement can take your money and never ship the product they publish.
I went on Artfire store that I opened and they deleted my entire store with no notice! I looked through my emailed. They deleted all of my products. If I owed my bill I never got a notice! Ridiculous to destroy all the hard work with no explanation. I know I paid my bill. I would not go on this site. It sucks!
Order a mattress off of artfire. Said it would arrive in a few days I waited three weeks finally got a notice saying that it was delivered but nothing showed up. The post office says there's no way that a mattress was sent to my address considering the items sent was only 2.4 Oz. So not only did I not receive the correct item but the post office also messed up sending it to me and I'm currently waiting for any word from the company.
I ordered an Asian mail order bride I went over all the pros & cons so I squeezed the trigger you know what I got instead a fat lazy not good for nothing Latin woman birch your Mexican can't suck a sick but shire as hell good with her mouth talking $#*! does anyone know how to help me
Why are sites like this allowed to remain up? Complete and total scam. It's mind blowing there aren't protections in place when a site is proven to be fraudulent. I'm grateful Sitejabber exists for this very reason, but many people do not know to be skeptical. It's awful and I can understand how people get tricked. Same goes for phone and internet scams. Someone tried to threaten me for money via an email, I notified local and federal authorities, the feds never got back to me and the local authority told me to not forward him the threatening emails as he didn't want his email bugged. When I emailed back to see if he at least logged the threat he didn't bother to respond. My mom knows which organizations to sue at the local and federal level if my body is ever found in a ditch. And no, I am not fearful for my life (the threat didn't even pertain to me), but it'd be nice to know the threats had been logged in case anything ever did happen - it would take authorities 10 seconds to make a note and I would think that given it was an AOL.com email address, an identity could have easily been pursued.
$#*! these people. Total scam. I have to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I ordered a shirt 15 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. They've printed a label with a tracking number but it hasn't arrived at a USPS center yet. They've only responded to one email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I order dogers bennie it never came and they have not responding to my email about my refund me. Its a scam and im at point where I make a report on this company
Whether or not Artfire.com has some small businesses that scam, I did in fact receive my item about a month later. I ordered a UNC Joel Berry jersey on artfire from TopBestJersey. From the point I ordered the jersey forward I only received notifications from TOPBestJersey and USPS. Artfure.com was no longer present. Therefore, people must be careful on what businesses they order from on artfire. Luckily, I got a very helpful business and my jersey made it all the way from China to the East of the USA.
P.S. I have proof down below to show that no matter what Artfire is to other people, my jersey is great and the business TOPBestJersey is trustworthy.
I purchased a comforter for my daughter about three months ago and never received it. When I went to see what was taking so long the store front disappeared and so did my money. I tried contacting the seller by email and no response and there is no way of contacting art fire to dispute these charges
I placed an order for a jbl boom box 2. Received a knock-off JBL boomsbox mini e10. Wrote to the seller before receiving product thanking them and saying how excited I was, and after receiving it how dissatisfied with the product. No acknowledgment for and messages.
ArtFire is a total scam company. Do not buy anything from any 'seller' on that site. There is no recourse for you as a buyer.
After I had made a purchase for my son the 'storefront' disappeared. ArtFire has no way to get support as a buyer. Reaching out to the merchant was an obvious dead-end - their email was a bunch of random letters and numbers at gmail!
To be honest, this looks like it's trying to be an Etsy knockoff for overseas scammers. Lucky most credit cards have an easy way to dispute charges these days!
DO NOT SELL IN THIS SHOP. ABSOLUTE SCAM. They keep charging for shop even shop is on vacation. SCAM!
This is the absolute worst company. They say they have buyer protection and they absolutely do not. I purchased an item and after not hearing from the company for 10 days I went back to the sellers site only to find they had deleted their account. I reached out to Artfire who said the seller had 48 hours to reply back to them or I would get a refund. Well 48 hours came and went. When I asked about my refund they told me to take it up with my bank! Absolutely ridiculous, do not use this company!
Hi, as I was going to check my order from buyer I couldn't access my account anymore, It says there are no active accounts, nor any orders, associated with this email on ArtFire. Why is that? I emailed but no response immediately. I am so worried because I paid on this site. Please I really need help!
Artfire is a complete scam! Ordered a lamp a month ago and it still hasn't arrived! The return email address doesn't exist! I am going to contact the better business bureau and consumer org. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ARTFIRE!(
I will never order through this site again. I ordered a MCM backpack wayyyy in March it's about to be June still no update or nothing about when I'll receive it or anything the person I've been in contact with just constantly messages me it's in transit just be patient that's it how patient do I gotta be it's been damn near 4 months with. I want a refund but that seem like it would be more of a headache. I spent $154 bucks on this backpack just send me my items. Good Lawddddd
This company is a scam. Ordered shirt was the wrong color (orange not red), a completely stolen knock-off NIKE logo, and the material was cheap. They should not be selling "NIKE" clothes. When contacted for a return, no response from emails or Facebook, until they blocked me on FB for commenting they refuse returns. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! WORST COMPANY EVER!
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Make a claim on BBB or email artfire.com directly
Answer: I maded an order the order number is 2567947 and I have not receive it
