Fell for their scam just like everyone else. They know what they're doing too. I opened a case with PayPal and they sent PayPal a fake USPS delivery confirmation so PayPal closed the case and sided with them. Meanwhile I had received nothing. Please don't purchase anything from this scammer.
This site offers good things but when it is time to receive it it never comes they take your money. Buyer beware. I have contacted my credit card and the will investigae it and get my money back.
The seller scammed me with fake shipping info and now I am fighting with the post office. The store that sold to me then closed the day I filed my complaint, probably to open under a new name. Dont order from here there are other options that are trustworthy.
How are sites like this able to operate legally? I hope anyone thinking of ordering from them reads the reviews first, total scam company, if u feel generous and just want to donate money, find a worthy charity, don't order from artfire!
I ordered a pair of zebra Yeezy's and it has been about 2 weeks from today and I have still not gotten them. I was shocked but I also am I patient person so I will keep waiting for them. I signed in as a guest because I was tired of making accounts and signing up for things because I had been looking all day on websites for these shoes and I didnt know if the website was legit yet so i didnt even make an account and checked out. I have NO CLUE when IF or If I got them ordered. I got no tracking number and the website is clean because it was done as a guest. SO PLEASE, MAKE AN ACCOUNT AND REMEMBER TO DOUBLE CHECK THE EMAIL YOU GIVE.

Well I ordered a pair of pittsburgh steeler shoes from their Westboy vendor, it took about a month obviously because they're custom made, but I must say I was really impressed, they were excellent quality and exactly what I ordered, good job Westboy
I never write reviews but this experience was so bad that need to write one. I ordered a jersey on March 1st and then it says it shipped on March 17th and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried to reach out to the seller but it won't let me. Totally scam. Don't use this website

I never purchased shoes from this website and was hesitant. I did decide to purchase a pair. At first the communication with the seller was great. I then didn't hear anything, so I panicked. After two months I received the shoe and was happy with the merchandise. I do recommend website. I know next time that delivery may take longer.

Foreign seller, numerous ship info and then said DHL e-commerce. Lol as for Art Fire useless. They do NOTHING to assist but standard responds! I've reported to BBB and stop payment on my credit card! I refuse, like some to let them have my money! Not even a penny! If you've been scammed use copies of email and purchase receipt and cancel on your card!
I made a purchase with Giote on a LV backpack I realized it was a dupe so I instantly canceled my order. I honestly didn't read the return or cancellation policy until I started speaking to this lady. You have to cancel within 24 hrs which I did. She ended up refunding me. Before she refunded me I did reach out to artfire to figure out how to resolve this issue in 24 hrs. Well the next day I got a email from them and told them we worked it out and she refunded me. Then I get numerous emails from the Sandra Smith cussing me out because they locked her PayPal. This lady is so unprofessional and rude I'm so glad I ended up getting my refund because it appears to me now I probably would have gotten the item that I purchased for $204 dollars.
If you want to want for months with No contact and NO tracking Numbers use these guys. Absolutely worst service I've ever encountered.

UPDATE: I did receive my shorts and they were pretty good quality. Just took FOREVER to get them (like 5 weeks). That being said, if you are patient you will eventually get your stuff.
I inquired about an item I ordered which hadn't arrived in 2 months from date of order. The rep from Artfire got defensive and asked if I wanted a refund. I said I'd rather get the shirts I ordered to which he replied 2 weeks. After another 5 weeks, I inquired again and was informed I would just get a refund. What a frickin waste of time. Hopefully they actually refund my credit card.
I wonder why Pay Pal would even associate with this company that rob customers, someone should be put in jail. I'm in the process of getting my money back from Pay Pal, it's been almost amonth I have not received my order, Sorry to say but I don't trust Chinese Merchants which is associated with this company. The Better Bisness Bureau should definitely shut this company down."DO NOT ORDER ANY THING" from this corrupt company because then you're going to have to go through the long tough process of getting your money back from Pay Pal.
I ordered two months ago a sweat shirt and never received a tracking number, # number does not work, no email but was charged to my card. Called my CC cancelled it ( got a new CC). A bunch of scammers.
My husband purchased my daughter a pair of shoes March 5th from this site and here it is March 19th and we have yet to receive them. The tracking number that was provided doesn't work. At this moment we aren't too pleased at all! The person my husband purchased them from name is Tosbuy2020. I wish my husband would have done more research on this so called site. I honestly feel like we were scammed. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. She'll be pretty hurt that she won't be getting the shoes she wanted so bad. We'll have to look else where.
I ordered two Colorado Avalanche jerseys, one from TimeToSports and one from Paragon and although the communication was non existent after receiving my tracking number, I received the jerseys in about a month. The one from TimeToSports turned out amazing and the one from Paragon had the wrong shade of blue (more of a powder blue which is wrong). I plan on ordering the wrong blue colored one through TimeToSports this time. I love my jerseys!

artfire.com is totally fraud company, its only designed to get credit card information of sellers. Once you filled credit card information on artfire.com... your bad time starts... now you start listings your items on artfire. They will charge you $1 for one visit on 1 item for example you have 100 listing and you got 100 visit on your items then you will have to pay $100 for visits + monthly charges, (please do not worry, they can deduct monthly charges several times in a month:-) because they have your card details. Now you are stunned. You run into billing section on artfire.com but omg... artfire have not any option to remove credit card details. You will not be able to remove your card details... but please do not worry, you can add as many card to give your money to artfire... after all thing there is only one option contact your credit card company block your credit card and issue new one... Thanks for using artfire.com
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
