How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Gift Lady?

Very easy - I used chat function after hours in SA time and someone immediately responded and confirmed that someone would follow up with me in the morning. Woke up to feedback ready and waiting for me. Very efficient and easy to chat with a real person.
