Yes I ordered in April 2021 and I barely got my birth certificate today October 27th 2021 6 months later I had placed numerous calls, asked for refund, emailed, and nothing helped. I finally went through the health department in the state I was born in and got it one week later and only paid 10$. Forget vital check.

When I ordered my documents it stated 5-7 days. I received all within 5 days. I have used them twice and both times received items in a timely manner. It may be the business that items are purchased from that is the hold up.

It took over a month to receive. It might depend on the state you’re requesting it from. My state said it would be less expensive to order from them, but would take longer. They said vitalcheck was the preferred option.

It takes a few weeks, but VitalChek delivered as promised and on time. I gave them five stars in my review.

Yes--Birth Certificate from Louisiana. VitalChek estimated an average 10-15 day delivery time using UPS Air but it took 18 business days for me to actually have the document in-hand. Still Acceptable. Remember that in the case of Louisiana the document is to be searched for, found and shipped by Louisiana Vital Records (government) not VitalChek, a private company. VitalChek is solely a middleman--they processed my credit card, which Louisiana Vital Records doe not accept online, sent the information which I provided to the correct location & then provided general updates.
