This is my 2nd time ordering. Each time I've been worried I'm not going to get my stuff. The website doesn't super professional and communication and updates after you order are non-existent. But I've been very happy with the quality of my orders when they've arrived. (Purchased circle hand fans on 2 occasions)
The ease of design and communication with customer service were a great experience! That being said, when I reviewed the mark-up for the pin I created, the words were legible. When I received the actual pin, the words were not legible. I wish I knew the words weren't going to be legible, so I could have changed the background color.

I ordered some custom fans and paid for rush delivery to have them for an event. They did not come until the day of the event, although they were supposed to be guaranteed to get here the day before my event. When I got them, I expected them to be more sturdy. They were very flimsy. I did a custom design, and the design looked good.
My order arrived on time for the big Birthday event. They were a big hit with the guests celebrating the memorable day. Great print quailty also.

I can not use the patches I received. Were not what I thought i was ordering... I thought they would be patches I could iron on shirts for my guys but I must have been confused on type of patches I ordered & the blue was way more primary than I expected. I ordered 50 to get the cheaper rate & now have 50 patches to figure out what to do with.

The ordering process was very easy! The production was slowed down by me because the proof email got lost in a flood of other emails. The only thing I think I would appreciate is a reminder email if one hasn't responded to a proof in 24 hours. Delivery was quick and the product looks great!

The fans arrived with crooked handles, and the overall quality seems to have declined compared to the ones we ordered for our event last year. That said, they're still a great value for the price. If I didn't have last year's order to compare them to, I likely wouldn't have noticed the difference. Shipping was on time always, packaged thoughtfully.
