When I placed the order, the system clearly stated an estimated delivery date of December 11th (I have a screenshot confirming this). Based on that information, I communicated the same timeline to my client. On December 12th after i reached out, I was then informed that the date shown was only a suggestion and that an additional fee would be required to meet that "expedited" timeline, something that was not mentioned anywhere during the original order process. This placed me in a difficult position and reflected poorly on me with my client. While your pricing is competitive, the lack of clarity and reliability around delivery commitments is concerning. I received the order on Dec. 23rd!

I placed an order on 12/2 and paid for standard shipping as the estimated delivery date was 12/18, plenty of time for the holidays.

When I called to question the status of still "in production" on the day I was supposed to receive my products…. I was told it was only estimated. It could take an additional two weeks.

I was then told for an additional $65 I could guarantee shipping and it would arrive before Christmas.

I took the risk and thankfully the items arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately, each umbrella had a broken cap..

I love my T-shirts very much, but I ordered these as gifts and two of them, at a minimum, have very obvious defects right on the front of the shirt, near the logo. When I inquired about getting two T-shirts re-printed (even though others had stains on the back as well) I was told that these are advertised as promotional products and no reprints are offered. While I understand this concept and policy, I do not agree with it and will not be ordering from here again. Unfortunately. They do great work, but there seems to be no quality, control, and items, whether promotional or giftgiving, should not be defective upon arrival

I paid extra for faster delivery as they were for a work Christmas party. They came late and didn't make it to the party. I got the personalized socks with someone's face on them. Once they finally arrived, and the socks were put on, the pictures were so distorted. Maybe the face would have been fine if a child wore them, but not on an adult. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

The shirts came on time, and the website had a lot of different options of clothes and even objects to get customized. However, I wanted embroidery on the front and a large print on the back and there was no option for that. Also, the colors of my my logo design came slightly off. Instead of a deeper blue i got a lighter blue color. Also, updates on the package and tracking were not offered at all except once, so I just had to hope they came on time. Also, 1 of my shirts never arrived. Otherwise, I liked that they had the brand I needed.

In the past, imprint sent out a proof before manufacturing an order. Seems they don't do that anymore (just learned they charge for a proof now). They sent me 75 shot glasses with the printing so small - a magnifying glass is required to read it. Who needs this? Stay away from this company!

I place a $220 dollar order back at beginning of September with a guaranteed delivery date of Oct. 1st. Today is October 21st and they can't tell be where my order is. I have called them 5 times now with a promise of them calling me back with an update, but it never happens. I finally had to get my credit card company involved. Still don't have anything or my money at this point.

Placed order, checked on it, double checked on it. Never shipped in time for their estimated arrival date. It's now 3 weeks past the arrival date and the order is still in "production". Ridiculous. I've tried to reach customer service many times only to receive a total run around. Takes 3 days for customer service to respond. It's a total joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
