While on vacation several months back, I had some downtime and was looking up possible solutions for some issues I was having with my vehicle.

In my extensive Googling I found 2CarPros.com, figured I would reach out and see if I got a response before I was home and could tackle the issues. I had a response same day! It took me a while to get to the repairs, but they helped me get my car working the way I wanted!

Without a lot of specific information of what and where the sound was coming from just included a sound video and they told me right away what to check and what to do with detailed pictures. Highly recommend. Literally was going to take the vehicle to a mechanic that day but with the help of Ken L I fixed the issue myself free of charge with in 10-15m

If you cooperate as best as you can, i.e. Pictures, video, etc., these guys will surely figure it out. Ken L. Helped me figure out a brake light/tail light issue, which turned out to be a simple fix. I would've drove my self crazy trying to figure it out by myself! Awesome website! Awesome people!

2carpros is one of if not the best automotive forum. My car was down for three weeks. During that three weeks I bought and installed parts that didn't help, and spent countless hours online reading.
I finally come across the 2carpros website. At this point I had nothing to loose, so I posted what the problem was with my car. I even posted a video of the problem. The next day after work there was a reply from 2carpros. I took their advice, changed the part and haven't had a problem with it since.
I was ready to off this car, thinking of how I was gonna afford a new used car. Because of 2carpros website, I can go downstairs right now and my car will start.
Thank you to everyone making 2carpros possible. Everyone should check them out, it is the best automotive forum around, highly recommended by me!

A couple of days ago I got a response to a query at 2:31am (EST) though the timestamp of the post shows 11:31pm which means the server is in California. When I asked what time it was where this 2carpros guy was he said 2:36am (EST)! He also said he would be getting up at 6am. Not much one can say to that sort of dedication in helping people (here's the link to the page where that interaction happened: https://www.2carpros.com/questions/car-stopped-working-suddenly/page/2).

I have used this service quite a few times, having a 1993 BMW E36 which is having issues. But I also had a response on a car I was looking at buying and was given a 'what to look for and do list' when I got to it. Sadly that car was sold before I could get to it, but this is sort of help that NO ONE gives. Quite incredible.

The responses normally come within 24 hrs of asking a question but many times it has been the same day. And the amazing thing is it doesn't cost a penny! Wow! Leaves me speechless really. I actually have a hard time understanding how this level of service can be for free, but it is!

Anyway, you will not go wrong in using these guys no matter the car that you have.

The techs are first class and provide repair procedures and guides for any repair.

I have used this website for multiple things to fix on my kia. I changed the ac clutch pulley without having to change the whole compressor, I've taken off my intake manifold to change the spark plugs, I've used this thing for all my mechanical help. I absolutely love it! And the best thing yet, I am a female who was able to do all these mechanical fixes on my own! Not many females can say they've taken their intake manifold off and thanks to to this website I was able to do so!

I have run into issues on other sites that sent me on wild goose chases. This site is quick, thorough, and accurate in their responses.

The negative reviews are more telling about the reviewers than about 2CarPros.

THIS SITE HAS HELPED NOT ONCE TWICE THREE TIMES ALREADY. THE MECHANICS WHERE TOO NICE IF THAT IS A "THING" NEVER ONCE DID I FEEL LIKE I WAS ASKING THE WRONG QUESTIONG OR GETTING NULL ANSWERS! I KEEP COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THIS AND EVEN FEEL LIKE DONATING. WHICH IS WEIRD WITH MY LIMITED INCOME. I couldn't be more thrilled to have found 2carpros.com! Twice now, I've asked questions and the response was FAST and accurate. They even attached photos to assist in locating and repairing the issues. I only wish I would've found them sooner!
