1) VERY difficult to narrow selections on the website, so that I could shop efficiently.
2)VIP 20% discount was not applicable to ANY of the items I ordered (Landau pants and Landau fabric by the yard).
3)Customer service gave me the free shipping code "HERO", so that I could at least save the shipping charge on the (full- price) fabric. It DID NOT work.
Overall shopping experience was VERY frustrating.
May 27,2020 Follow-up: One of the Landau pants I received came in the wrong size. ROB, in customer service did an EXCEPTIONAL job correcting the error.
He was courteous, efficient, and accurrate in his work, and the replacement pair of slacks arrived more quickly than I anticipated. I will definitely remember this when I order scrubs in the future, both for myself & my employees.
