Ordered shirts for our company over a week ago. Contacted them several times in regards to when they would be shipped since the items were in stock and they say shipped in two days after the order is placed. No answer from them. We ordered from Zoro at the same time. Those shirts have already arrived. Near as we can tell, Full Source still hasn't even shipped them. No worries though. This was a test buy for a huge order that we need done. Full Source failed miserably! We will never place an order with them again. Full Source price was $27 a shirt. Zoro was $21 a shirt. Both free shipping. (Out of stock color issues is why we purchased from Full Source) Zoro's shipment has arrived. Full Source still hasn't shipped. My suggestion is to avoid this company all together. Buyer beware.

I was quoted $150 for 11 safety vests, which is a great price, but we also got the vests embroidered with our company logo. The cost of the logo being added to the vests (3 different stitch colors (black, white, and blue) and the size of the logo is smaller than 4 inches tall) was $300 alone. AND they wanted to charge us another $100 to simply move the location of the logo from one location in past orders to a new location for all future orders. Charging a customer $400 to add some stitching, which is done by a machine, to $150 worth of safety vests is just insane. I understand that every company needs to make money, but I was taking our old logo and effectively cutting its size in half, if not smaller. The cost of the embroidery should have been drastically reduced in relation to logo size. And now, since I've moved to a different safety vest manufacturer, Full Source won't respond to email requests for a DST file copy of our logo. When things like this happen, it only proves to the customer that they care more about making $$$ than they do the customer's experience or satisfaction.
Tried to order jackets from their website - that's it. They were inflexible when they said we needed to call & sort things out, unhelpful when we could get a hold of them (which wasn't often,) & ended up cancelling our order despite our compliance with all their "issues." These jackets should have been ordered 3 weeks ago - now I'm back at square 1 with silent customer service reps. Absolute joke of a company. Don't waste your time!
Absolutely insane 5 week lead time on embroidery! Not 5 days - 5 weeks. Do they just outsource it? Best of all they sneak this in after they send you the artwork proof. All the reviews talking about slow shipping times, slow production times are right. Your order will not arrive on time.

I have placed several orders in the past with Full source and every time my order either gets delayed or out of stock item but the company never makes any attempts to inform the customer the item is out of stock, and you are only told about it when you call to find out your order status. I pay for shipping and expect my order to arrive on time but only to find out once again it's been delayed by a week. 3 weeks to get my order!? It's about time Full source change its shipping company. They have definitely lost me as a customer.
Full Source generally messes up proofs, but if you are diligent you can catch mistakes. Orders ship loose and sloppy in a big box, but hey - they are cheaper than most competitors.
Unfortunately, Full Source recently messed up an important order and - get this - refunded the cost of embroidery only (and that only begrudgingly.) My company was out a grand due to their clear mistake. I may yet take them to small claims over it. I will never use Full Source again, and hope that others are able to avoid a similar experience.
We bought 4 pairs of red laptops pants. They were advertised as 36x36. When we received them they were labeled 35x36. The company will not take them back and give us the correct size because they have elastic inserts. We have always bought the elastic insert work pants as 36x36. This company must not want return customers if they don't value customer service.
Just ordered some shirts (Port Authority) and was so surprised to see them arrive as quickly as they did. We ordered them on Monday, and they arrived Thursday. All of the shirts were exactly as I ordered them. Great job!
I ordered embroidered shirts from this company, and they were out of a color, but I was told I would be able to order it when they came in at no minimum. Well the color came in, and now they told me that is not possible. I must order 6.
I should have known I should have gone elsewhere, when in the order process, when I heard nothing back, I had to track down my order, and lo and behold they called me shortly after.

I ordered 2 shirts XL then quickly realized (before they were shipped) I needed L instead. I sent an email and was told I could not change the sizes because the items were already "on their way from the warehouse". A few days later, I got an email stating the order was ready to ship and if there was anything else they could do for me. I asked again to have the sizes changed and was told that couldn't be done because the shirts had already been shipped. Waste of time shipping shirts I'm ultimately going to be returning, right?
The shirts were $20.48 ea X 2 = $40.96 + $4.53 tax and $9.99 shipping for a total of $55.48. When I finally got the shirts (which did not come with a packing letter or return slip) I called and asked what the return process was. I was told to return the shirts using whichever shipping method I'd like but that I'd be responsible for the shipping cost. Whatever. Here's my gripe. When I send the shirts back, they're refunding me $20.48 X 2 which equals $40.96 but only $3.64 tax and none of the $9.99 of the initial shipping cost. It may not seem like much but, the total refund to me is only $44.60 for 2 shirts that I didn't need PLUS I have to PAY AGAIN to ship them back and I'm STILL out 2 work shirts that I desperately need.
Ordered on 2/18, company was perfectly ok with taking my money then but didn't ship until a week later. From the date of notice for having been shipped it took another two weeks for clothes to arrive. On top of that the clothes didn't fit well anyway.
Found what I need and you shipped them. The ear piece broke on the last pair. No cloth case for this pair
