Excellent knowledge of all vacuums they sell and support. Went in to purchase a hose that was torn on our Dyson, (*(8) year old Dyson NOT purchased at AceVacuums). They immediately took the time to order the hose and then install the hose for us>. Impressive. We then looked at their line of Vacuums and were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Manager Member Chris Engle, that we purchased a Riccar Vacuum. They know their stuff, polite, professional, and customer service oriented.

I purchased (3) filters for my Electrolux air cleaner on Dec. 17th and payment was taken immediately for $152.97. I NEVER RECEIVED MY FILTERS. Not only did I not receive my paid for items, the company has not responded to any of my emails, chats & voice mail on the status of my order. I even created an account on their website and I see my order with "processing" noted.

I have an obscure vacuum cleaner and needed bags. This site offers a large variety of vacuum cleaner bags, accessories, and parts. I placed my order for bags and received it a week later. I am very pleased with the experience.

When the bags arrived, they had a return address that was a suite in Virginia from someone named Santhosh Chandy. I don't know what is up with that but everything else was in order.
