If i can rate it a zero i would. Customer service is terrible i dont know why they are wmployed if they can not do anything. Ordered 4 pairs of shoes and fedex never found the package. Called adidas and its been a week since thier system is down and cannot refund yet you can still purchase online how does that make sense. Easily to take your money but not to do refunds? Pathetic. Do not buy from adidas.com you will have a hige struggle. I will call everyday to get my money back!
Bought multiple shoes from this app, they gave me a 25% discount code, the tnc did not state anything about exclusions, though I know items such as sale/limited will probably not be included. I tried a buy an Adios 8 running shoe but the code didn't work either, like it's literally a general running shoe, it's not even limited or hype.The only thing the code will work on is crappy normal priced item which have high stocks and less sales. Absolute stingy of them to do such thing, if the company can't afford to lose, don't simply hand out vouchers which are practically useless. Will rather buy from Nike which their codes are actually USEABLE on decent products.
Bought my son the yezzy foam runners for Christmas last year paid 350 I live in Wisconsin so he could only wear in spring n summer fall he noticed a hole in the sole so now on the phone with customer service they say warranty is only 6 months but u can go to Nike spend 100 n get a 2 year warranty this company suck I would never purchase again they said they will give me 25 dollar gift card as if I would ever spend I dime here just run n go to nike

I order Adidas World Cup soccer ball. All the glue came out change of shape. Can't use it no more they told me as six months warranty. Right there in a bowl says two years warranty change of shape of ball. They don't want to admit it give me another soccer ball. Worst customer service don't ever order from them. I called many times they don't help they don't care they are the worst the worse.
Adidas shoes quility is very good then another brands and shoes is very comfortable and long life.

I ordered and was sent the incorrect sizes, and only got part of the order. I called about the incorrect sizes and also to get an eta on my other 2 paid off shoes and pants. I was told they would delivered that day. Never got them and then called back and was told they were delivered a week prior. I honestly think they never shipped and asked to check to sku numbers. I've been giving the run around and will never order again online. They have 250.00 dollars and will not return it. They are thieves and scammers and this isn't fair. I don't have 250.00 to just give away. I'm going to give a bad review and reach out to BBB cause what company don't give what someone paid for.
Bought cleats for our 17 year old. He wore them for less than 30 days and they literally fell apart. Adidas customer service refused to replace because according to them, actually using the cleats in games and practices for a month is normal wear and tear that will result in the item falling apart. Will never buy another Adidas product. Will never recommend an Adidas product.

The worst customer experience I have experienced thus far. I purchased a football jersey online and it was the incorrect size. I called the store and they refused to assist me, giving me various people to contact but no one was willing to assist. I had to return the order and I was never refunded the shipping cost
I ordered a piece of clothing from the Adidas online store, the Fedex company packaged my order incorrectly, I left it at another house, I sent them evidence of them and Adidas simply decided to mistreat me, not help me, they have kept my money and do not want to respond, I They have hung up the phone, they have treated me badly. In the photos you can see how Fedex left my order at another house, the colors are different, my house does not have stairs, but they insist that my order was left at the door of my house
If i could give zero stars i would i ordered two pair of slides well adidas sent me the wrong size so i called them only to be told they didnt have my size so at this point i realized they sent whatever size they wanted to instead of giving my money back and letting me know. I had to go through 3 different people ( called 3 times) to get a shipping label the first time she said she sent it but i never recieved it so the second lady claimed the.computers were down and it wasnt sent. The second lady also created a label but it was only for one pair when it should of been 2 pair. So the third lady said she had to close all the previous labels notes etc out and redue everything. I finally got a label after the third try. I took the slides to get returned the next day but i called adidas today because i didnt get a refund. They told me there is no record the slides were returned so i called the mail and.more where i returned the slides and they said adidas should have gave me a tracking number with the return label. Which they didnt so now i am.out of my.money and i already returned the slides i do not recomemd adidas at all! Horrible customer service and experience period. They basically stole my money smh if they would.of refunded me in the first place for not having my size i wouldnt be in this situation. Im beyond disgusted!
I'm 100% done with adidas. I was supposed to get a free backpack for spending $120, I spent $145, was confirmed by an agent that I would get it. Never came in, and Instead was promised a 30% discount voucher that works on NOTHING! I simply want $12 off a $42 item and your last adidas agent said that adidas would rather lose me as customer for life then give me the $12 off. Well adidas you have now lost one of your most loyal brand fans.
I have been trying for 25 days to receive my money. Item has been returned and Addidas has received it back in August. I have been told my refund has been already processed but till this day no money or an email with a confirmation about a refund.
My son wanted all black addizero cleats so we bought them for his high school football season (he has practice nike cleats he has had for 3 years) these were his game cleats he wore them 5 times and they fell apart tore from the outside in! The worst made expensive cleats out there I wrote adidas to see if they would replace them and they stated that 5 times of use this is normal wear and tear that it expected for their cleats to fall apart and not perform after 5 uses, I will never buy Adidas cleats or shoes again! I will stick to Nike and Under Armour from here on out! They now sent us a second email stating
"We are sorry for the inconvenience you've had with the shoe. As much as we wanted to process your warranty claim, however, the warranty policy that we have does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect. Sorry about this." I want to add when filing the claim they never asked what the shoe was worn for if (misuse) my son put it on his foot and played football how is that misuse, accident there was no accident other than their shoe falling apart while using it, and neglect he put the shoe on at the field when done he went to the locker room took them off and then put them away where is the neglect?
Would give them a zero if possible their customer service is a person reading from a script, been waiting for a RMA label on a pair of defective sneakers for 30 days. This has to be the worst company around never have I have experienced such terrible and rude service from a bunch of inept people.

Wow! This company has gone down so quickly. Their website does not offer whole sizes for certain styles, which is really weird. I usually get their size 6, but their site advised to get size 5.5. When the shipment was made, i got size 5 instead, tiny little shoes. To get the right size through their website is impossible; talking to their representative is maddening. They asked me to send pictures of the delivery, I took pictures of the boxes with sizes marked 5, not good. I had to take the shoes out and take pictures of shoes with tags on, i did; not good enough, I had to flip the shoes and take pictures of the inside label, i hanged up at this point. The rep Amy was mean, deaf and extremely rude. Oh, the email takes 15 minutes to deliver. Their mistake cost me 48 minutes with Amy, 13 minutes with Jason, and a few minutes with online chat. Nothing resolved.
I ordered my shoes on the 10th and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday the 13th but FedEx hasn't even received them from the Adidas facility. I paid for express delivery. They finally gave me a refund after calling insistently but they swore several times that a refund was not possible at first. When they do that just be persistent and keep asking to talk to a supervisor but better yet do not order from this website if it wasn't such a well put together website I would swear that I was being scammed. I used to work in warehouses and this is not how shipping businesses run. Buyer beware

I just ordered a shoe CREPE of Rs 5600, amount got deducted but order didn't place. The person name Sakshi said that the order was not placed due to fluctuations of the pricing which is truly unfair.The website has a price list of Rs 5699 and the app has a price list of Rs 7699. No more trust to adidas India.

Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
