Placed an order and paid in full four weeks ago. Of the six items, I have only received one with no tracking number provided, explanation or follow up email as to when I can expect delivery. Still waiting.
After two weeks, I left several messages requesting an update on my order. Finally received an email that they will not supplied what I had paid for, and will arrange a refund in near future. After several unanswered phone calls and emails later, I received another email saying my order is now on its way, after I had arranged alternative supply. It is now 4 weeks, and I have received the order nor the refund, and still no reply to my calls and emails.
Order light mounts on the 22nd of March, today is the 5th of April, still have not received shipping notification and cannot get a reply email after many attempts
Unfortunately a very poor experience. Purchased two lights off the website and after 10 days still hadn't received an email or any notification saying when the light would be dispatched/delivered. Contacted on three occasions and then was told the product isn't available. Thankfully refund was processed straight away,
My order was no correct and yet I can not get to discuss/resolve this with Alpha. They have not responded to emails or phone calls.
