I havent previoualy used alpha rooms but searching the the net for a cheaper hotel deal i come across this site. I booked the hotel using this site and was amazed at hiw quick and efficient it was. Immediate confirmation
I booked through Alpha Rooms in May as I always use them. I booked for Christmas, and on7th November was informed by them the hotel was closing. They offered me alternative accommodation 23 kilometres away. Like booking to stay in Derby and then told you are staying in Nottingham, and if I did not respond by 7th November I would automatically be transferred. Thankfuly I managed to re book in the place I wanted to stay. Easy re booking and Clara who I spoke to was helpful in cancelling my original booking. I wonder of those people who didn't check their e mails will think at being moved resorts? Could have done better here Alpha Rooms.
Apart from this the website is very good.

Very easy to use. Only thing wrong on site is its charges which should be when you select your hotel showing nil to direct debt then credit card charges as some sites do not charge fees
Coming across AlphaRooms was brilliant. Their prices were a lot more reasonable that a lot of the other common booking sites. The ease of booking was excellent and the flexible payment options allows you to plan well for your holiday. Highly recommended.

Amazing prices, easy to use website, great customer service, the best travel booking site I have ever used, they give total satisfaction.
I have used alpharooms many times and rate them highly but my last booking was not confirmed as they had cancelled it without telling me. I Happened to check reservation 2weeks later and when I called them to find out why it was cancelled, I was told my £1 deposit had not been successful.! If I had not checked I would have been oblivious to this cancellation. Make sure, if you book with them, that you get two emails one with booking reservation number and another with booking confirmation number. Luckily the hotel was still available on the dates I wanted and it is now booked.
Plenty of destinations and accommodation options. Realistic prices. Good pictures. Would definitely use Alpha rooms again.
