I recently called to order an 24,000BTU Unit for a barndo expansion. The staff was extremely helpful in sizing it for me, and giving me the best options for the application I needed it for. As always the service was great, and delivery fast and product installed easy.

Exactly what I needed for an older home AC system. Couldn't find a suitable evaporator coil replacement before trying this company. Coil got here quickly, packaged well, still pressured with no leaks, and even came with detailed instructions and piston compatibility charts. Its cool and comfortable inside the house again 👍
Delivery was quick, Easy to order. Already installed, ordering the install kit is the way to go! Would be nice if there was a template for the inside unit, & possibly a longer sleeve for thicker walls.

What a pleasure to purchase from Alpine Home Air. Prices are good, delivery was quick, but one of the BEST things was that they called to confirm, called to see if any questions, and when we checked on a shipping question, we easily contacted a real human, who spoke English and was VERY helpful. My installer was familiar with the product and so it was an easy pick of a product to use. The product came within a week of my order. It was delivered right to my garage. My installer was contacted, and it was completely installed within 2 days. It runs smooth, quiet and heats vert well. We can't wait to feel the A/C once the hot weather comes.

Delivered on time, no damage. Easy and simple install, just disconnect old Coleman furnace, that would have cost more for replacement parts installed than new one! All existing wires were long enough, so just reconnect and turn on. Had to turn fan down from factory setting with only 5 registers in our single wide. Output air just under 120°, nice to have heat again!
Play some the order was fine with no issues. However, when it came to delivery, I paid to have the delivery inside because of handicap issues, and the delivery driver refused, even though the delivery was paid. The delivery driver said they do not provide that service even though it clearly states it on their company website as well. Although Alpine did give me a partial reimburse me for no inside delivery. It resulted in a great deal of pain getting the furnace into the basement and out of the weather for the installers, who would not be coming for a few days after.
I ordered a new natural gas furnace and propane conversion kit. Shipping was prompt and easy. As soon as the unit shipped they emailed me copies of all relevant documentation for the unit and conversion kit, ensuring that I had digital copies alongside the physical copies that were included in the pallet. During installation I noticed that some of the components for the propane conversion kit were damaged. A quick support chat on their website and a day later they shipped replacement parts out free of charge. Super happy with the product, price, and customer service. Not to mention finally warm

I PAID and Ordered it $1,200+ on December 14th and now its January 3rd 20 days later and I still haven't got nothing! Fedex shows its still in Kentucky
