I ordered an 18-inch wig from Amanda Hairs catalog.

The wig I received measures approximately 13–14 inches when measured from the root, as clearly shown in the attached photo with a measuring tape.

The color does not match the product images on the website.

I contacted customer service multiple times. They refused a full refund and only offered small partial refunds ($15–$25), claiming the wig was "custom-colored," although it was a ready-made catalog wig.

Regarding a recent order with Amanda Hairs

I ordered a single brown highlight wig but received a multi-colored wig containing blonde, silver, copper, and brown tones. The company has refused to issue a refund.

I have found their communication and accountability to be concerning. They use canned email responses and communicate by email only. Their listed addresses vary across different platforms (a California return address and a Chinese website address), and some complaint websites mention a hair salon in California tied to one of their listed addresses.

Given the run-around and lack of resolution I have experienced, I believe this company may be operating fraudulently. I would strongly advise others to not buy from this company or risk the chance of receiving the same treatment I had as a customer

First of all, the communication with this company is astounding. Answered all my questions almost as fast as I asked. Was professional and helpful. Hair is soft, full, no shed and beautiful. My new favorite unit. Had some nice gifts with the hair. Will definitely buy from the vendor again
