Made account wanted to buy some cds. They costed 5 times mores then on other sites but I decided to buy because they had most fast shipping. Paid 50$ for shipping then they locked my account saying it has suspicious activity. I did what they said and Im still waiting for them to unlock the account. Bad service don't use it. You need aged amazon to use your own card lmao
The worst ordering and delivery experience I've ever encountered. Usually Amazon is the quickest and simplest and I'm incredibly surprised how painful this experience has been.
I ordered a pair of Ugg boots that were returned to sender for an unknown reason on 7th December. When I went to re-order the Ugg boots, they were out of stock. I was told a price match would be available for any similar item. I didn't mind if they didn't arrive in time for Christmas but I wanted to order a pair as a gift.
I then re-ordered an item through a marketplace seller and was then told over the phone a price match wasn't possible because it's a marketplace item and not fulfilled by Amazon directly. The person over chat never specified this and the information over chat was incorrect. Please note the item I ordered was around 140 EUR more, so it was a massive price difference.
The item was then marked delivered on 16th December, signed for by my partner but he wasn't in his apartment, so couldn't physically sign for the item. The marketplace seller then continued to insist my partner had signed for it but this was impossible. I opened an investigation with DHL myself also but never heard back due to the busy Christmas period and also asked the seller for coordinates but they couldn't provide me with this information.
Amazon then opened a A-Z claim but this was rejected due to information not being provided - I have absolutely no idea what information additional I could have provided.
My partner then spent his entire morning of 21st December looking for the parcel, where it was eventually found.
Since this was amazon's mistake, we were told we'd be refunded the additional 5,03 EUR in postage, so we weren't out of pocket. The item was then returned this week and not only were we not refunded for the postage but we were also missing an additional 6 EUR for the refund. There doesn't seem to be any clear information why we weren't refunded in full.
I will be deleting my Amazon account after this experience. I ordered directly from the UGG site and the same item was delivered within 24 hours for 120 EUR cheaper.

I created my account on amazon.de and buy item and in 1min they blocked me... Amazon texted me that I need to proof my balance of gift card... Why they didn't ask it when I was uploaded it? So when u put ur own money to balance =everything is ok... when u wanna buy items for ur own =they blocked u!
Amazon.de's service and shipping is terrible. Almost every book I've ordered has come without any plastic wrap, just loosely thrown into a box to wither and warp from the wet and cold weather of Norway. Packages take long to arrive, and 75% of the time its damaged some way or another. PLEASE AMAZON just wrap your damn books in plastic, and package them better.
Amazon.de is extremely careless and ignorant when it comes to packaging - they simply use whatever old bag they have lying around, throw your order inside and ship it - no bubble wrap of fragile items, not extra insulation for sustainable bags that can easily tear, not even using the appropriate size box/bag emaning that the items inside get smashed before they even arrive. Plus they have no customer service to contact, offer no refund for damaged goods, basically they don't care about their customers whatsovever so the experience is the worst possible and you'll be better off avoiding purchasing anything from them, trust me - tested a couple of times, so it's no a review based on a one off pruchase experience, but on repeated disappointment with the last few orders. I've learnt my lesson now and hopefully can save someone a bit of pain sharing this.

When I try to find out the status of the order, the amazon.ge website shows that my account is blocked. The letter does not come to the mail, they just block it along with my payment.
I'm trying to write to support - and well, they demand from me all the information about me, about the payment. I even send a payment order.
3 days pass, I try to see the history of my orders - there is nothing!

Scoundrels, I already sent all this data 3 days ago!
And when I try to contact you, the site tells me again that my account is blocked and I can't even write to you and ask when you will send my goods and unblock my account!
I have never seen such idiocy and disgusting attitude towards customers either in China, or in other Asia, or in the Caucasus, or in the countries of the 3rd world.
Every day, Amazon and their bank use my money. Every day they receive a small percentage of the blocked money and prevent them from being unlocked. I will spread information about these rascals so that as many people as possible will know that they cannot be trusted!
Recently I bought from Amazon.de a e bike controller for 119 euro and guess if I receive the product. Of course not and Amazon says that I'm not elegible for refund. That is frustrating. According to EU directive we can ask a refund within 14 days, and according to any eu law 5 years if don't receive package. And they are not doing anything to have my money back. Of course I will start a legal procedure agains them.
amazon.de are absolute scammers, i bought 3000 euros of giftcards with coinsbee a company in germany, after i added them to the amazon account and ordered it was blocked and the order cancelled and i was told to provide info the bank card attached to the account belonged to me, i got a letter from my bank confirming ownership of the bank card ect and now they they need to see the 'proof of transaction' of me trying to buy the stuff from amazon via my bank i told them this is not possible because the order was fully paid in gift cards now they have totally ignored me and keep talking nonsense on the phone SCAMMERS this has been ongoing from september 2021 how is this theft legal
Fast delivery for 1-2days or 1week. And very good items in this website. They have items for every person.
Terrible! They accessed my account without my authorization and terminated my prime membership themselves. They told me someone from management department would call me about thus issue and prime problems within 10 minutes, at 5pm, at 6pm, ALL LIES! Don't be fooled by them! All the promises if customer support is empty and false! They keep you on the phone for more than an hour and never resolve your issues
The first time I ordered, they ripped me off on promotions I never got with the product.
When complaining, they said just buy the promotion item we owe you, and we will refund you.
I did buy it, and they refused to refund.
The second time, they did not complete the order due to THEIR problem with a MasterCard in good standing, even after re-confirming it is valid and active.
Krauts just can not be trusted.

They managed to take the payment from my card but failed ever since - the promissed delivery date has passed, customer service advised that it will take two more days, but again no delivery! Then they cancelled the order and said the refund will take 10 days! Disgusting! Shame, shame!
Good service, but shipping costs are too much. They are even offering you amazon prime, in order to get a free shipping, but after you pay for prime, you see that shipping price is the same (10 eur for a flash drive). That's too much.

CHEATED BY AMAZON SUPPORT! I live in Switzerland and have bought over 200 items from Amazon.de in the last year alone. On 23 Sep, I added 6 items to my cart, which had mentioned free shipping above 39euros. At the payment page, free shipping option was not coming and only paid shipping was available for 26euros. So I immediately contacted amazon support via chat. A support person from India handled it. He said it was a system error and asked me to make the payment including 26euro shipping, then give him the order numbers and he will get me the 26 euros refunded. I TRUSTED him and did the same. Even after 1 week, no refund. Therefore, I contacted Amazon support over chat again today. A support person from India ("Harsh") handled it. Harsh apologized saying his colleague gave me incorrect information and I will not be refunded. You can verify all this by accessing the 2 chat transcripts. ORDER # **************318 and **************724. I would have never placed the order with 26euro shipping, if the support person had not given me incorrect information in the first place. I do not need an apology; I need the refund I was promised before I placed my order. I am reaching out here as the last resort, before I go around posting this incident in every possible forums, twitter and reach out to senior Amazon leaders in LinkedIn regarding this matter. It is not a matter of the 26euros, it is a matter of principle and the CUSTOMER CENTRIC CULTURE that Amazon stands for. I look forward to hearing from you.
I placed an order and it was lost. It was refunded and additionally I was offered free delivery if I reordered. Just let them know about my reorder. How nice, I thought. OK so far.
I reordered and chatted with customer service. They told me to come back when I received the order. OK so far.
I Received the order and chatted with the customer service again. They said that everything OK, they will refund my delivery costs. Just that he couldn't do it but had to forward the issue to their specialist department and they will notify me. OK so far.
Then came the notification: "Your order is not eligible to refund shipping costs". And then some blah about how they offer free shipping only to certain countries and from a certain order value. That was like I were begging for delivery refund for a normal order. THEY OFFERED me the refund and told me over and over to come back to get the refund.
I replied to the mail from the specialist department only to get the same answer.
The amount of the money involved is small but to me this is like a very bad joke. I'm about to return the order just to continue with joking.
I feel cheated and trapped by Amazon.de.
They don't honor their promises. They told me to place an order and that the shipping cost would be refunded and after i paid a total of 500 euros they told me it was a mistake by their team and no money will be refunded.
This is one of the most awful incompetent branches of the amazon franchise. Two consecutive orders canceled and even the order history vanished from my account. USA customer here <<<---and it seems their MO is to cancel international orders at whim and give you a bunch of pretty lame excuses as to why. One order was cancelled claiming it was out of stock but they made sure the entire order history was deleted from my account to shackle me from leaving a review of the third party seller who was suppose to fulfill that order.
On my latest order Amazon.de went even further and flagged my account claiming it was hacked, my order was reversed and also vanished as if it never happened and I went through hours of hell trying get back into my account that they locked me out of across all the amazon platforms including my main account on amazon.com. Good luck trying to get any kind of helpful customer service as there is no easy way to speak to anyone via telephone if you reside outside of Germany. You are simply treated as a common theif with no recourse and no justifiable excuse as to why. Their 3rd party sellers can misadvertise and then simply cancel orders with zero accountability since amazon.de cripples your ability to leave any feedback by erasing your order history. Amazon.de is a joke and a sad excuse for a branch of Amazon.
