A delivered and exceptional delivery and product service was delivered from other partie start to finish. Communication was clear, timing was on point, and everything was handled with professionalism and care. Alibaba is a company with which I had a number of contacts. It never disappointed. One thing that could be improved is communication: less is better. A number of emails per day is over the top communication. Once a week or even once a month would be enough.

This is my very first experience with Alibaba, and it has been extremely overwhelming and frustrating. I have opened three disputes and more than 20 cases with customer service, providing clear evidence and documentation about a supplier who not only manufactures 70% of my final product, but also assembles over 2,000 products from other suppliers, and who has been holding my order for the past three months.

This supplier has caused me severe delays, constant unilateral changes, abuse of power, mistreatment, threats, and the loss of important products. Despite providing all the evidence, Alibaba has remained neutral, offering generic responses, asking for more evidence as if they had not reviewed any of my submissions, and closing disputes without providing a real solution beyond a refund, even though this situation is far more serious.

I honestly hoped for a positive experience with such a large platform, but it has been impossible under these circumstances. It has been shocking and incredibly frustrating that a supplier could cause so much harm, and equally disheartening that Alibaba has shown so little action or support in such a critical situation.

Being on the other side of the world, with my entire project in the hands of a non-cooperative supplier, I feel helpless and at risk of losing everything I've worked for.

I really don't know what else to do anymore, I feel desperate and completely overwhelmed.
