My wife was super excited about ordering some clothes and boots to wear out. Gave herself about 2 weeks for the order to get to her, NEVER happened, then when she got it, she got someone elses order and what was supposed to be a 2 week process is now a 2 1/2 month ordeal. She saw this in the magazine US and it looked so great... It's a joke. Save your money and a head ache.
The only reason I decided to make a purchase from this seller again was because I was left with store credit after a return, otherwise I would have NEVER purchased from them again. I ordered a Halloween costume from them back in October, and had to wait 2 weeks to find out from them that it was sold out.
I purchased 6 items, and after a week, I received ONE item. Another week passed by, and I received ONE more item. I was irritated at this point, because it had been two weeks, and they did not contact me telling me why my order was taking so long to process. So I called the company, and after waiting on hold for literally 20 minutes, I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative. This representative seemed like her mind was scattered all over the place, and it took her a long time to finally give me the information I requested. It turned out that the other 4 items that I ordered were out of stock.
I had a horrible experience with this seller. Not only did they charge the full amount to my PayPal account (I even left my reference number for the store credit like they asked in the comments section of my order), but I had to email them after waiting 3 days after submitting my order to see why I was charged the full amount. They did not process my store credit until I called them (and waited on hold for 15 minutes!). Then, after waiting two weeks to receive my order, nobody contacted me to tell me that my items were out of stock. I had to call them to find out the status. She refunded me the INCORRECT amount, and now they expect me to wait 3-4 weeks to receive a CHECK instead of refunding it into my PayPal account.
To sum it all up, this company has the worst service I have ever had to deal with. The Customer Service is near non-existent, and although the prices are great, I would not mind spending a little extra at other stores to not have ever put up with this kind of mess again.
Save yourself a headache, and stay away from this place!
My experience was of a shipping issue - UPS made a mistake on my delivery address and recognized there error. UPS stated they'd refund the shipping cost to AMIclubwear BUT AMIclubwear was to refund me the shipping cost I paid. Well this is where it gets good... I contacted AMI via phone and email. Each live rep I spoke to acts like they know nothing of a UPS refund and I keep getting told someone will call me back. I've confirmed with UPS and they have issued the refund. So I decide to send an email to there support area; on 1/26 I get a response stating they'll be happy to refund me and its been confirmed with UPS, so I can expect a refund and to allow up to 3 business days. Well its now been 7 business days today- 2/4 and no refund. I call CS, the rep says she doesn't see anything about a refund nor knows who sent me that email and says someone will call me back. Well that was 2 days ago and no one has called back; big surprise.?! So the way I see it, UPS is going to refund them yet there not going to refund me what I paid for UPS to ship it to me, unbelievable! I have since contacted my bank regarding this matter. This company is DISHONEST & lacks customer service. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT buy anything from them! God forbid something be wrong with your order; good luck getting them to fix the problem!
I spent $50 on boots from this site and I never received them, they claimed they sent them to someone else, And I would have to wait for this other person to send them back before they could send them to me. So I asked for a refund and they stopped answering my emails. And when I try to call they # they provided no one ever answers.
This site is obviously a scam. I purchased a few items from them over three weeks ago and received no emails, even when I asked a question. Finally I opened a paypal dispute and was emailed that my order had been placed on backorder. They gave me many shipping dates and NONE of them actually happened.
When I told them to cancel my order, they informed me I had to call to do so. THE NUMBER IS A FAKE. You can never get anything but an answering service which hangs up on you and so you can't cancel your order.
Do not do business with this company; the prices really are too good to be true. You will pay a cheap price for something you'll never get.

I have bought things from this site before so it was nothing for me to order some boots and pay $46 for them. Usually I get a tracking number for ups but not this time. After a few weeks I emailed and called them to check status of my order. The first time I called I was on hold 2 hours. Never got a reply from email. I called again after a week and someone informed me that the boots I ordered are no longer available and a refund had been issued. Still waiting on that. I have decided to do a dispute with my credit card company. They have informed me that it will take 90 days, but I have no other option...

I hate this website. We went to the islands for our honeymoon. So I wanted some dinner dresses to wear on the island. Well I thought this was a good deal. However, it was horrible. I ordered 3 dresses, they said they were in stock but they didnt send so when i called they said they werent and only refunded me half the price. Then the one dress they did send was some ugly dress with a flower the size of a dinner plate on it. And I had to pay for it to be sent back plus they only gave me 5 bucks back. Girls don't waste your time with this site. Either way you will be paying twice as much as you see with nothing to show for it, Try 3 wishes.com or something.
