Poor quality

Few months ago, I purchased my first pair of Skechers and was enjoying this model, however, I was completely shocked to discover a hole in the back of one trainer after only a few months of light use.
I visited my local store but they refused to assist me and were rather unfriendly. They told me it's normal for people to replace trainers every six months, which I found surprising and unaffordable.
I contacted customer service, but they replied that they won't offer an exchange or refund since it's been seven months since the purchase. That's ridiculous.

"Stay away" Bad Management

I cant tell you how bad of an experience it was working with this intl. Department at Skechers, regular agents were pretty good people but from day 1 very awkward experience.
Hired through n agency I received start date, I show up management didn't know I was suppose to be there, Marisa the director, told me "well we didn't know you would be here today so we will accommodate you." They were not friendly, even though during the interview they claimed the work environment was a good one as they used " if you stay, the company will take care of you" as selling point, it should have been a red flag from the get go.
They throw 3 ring binder and told me to read it, no training, just read it, then they throw me to agents who are clearly busy with work so management can avoid training, when and if I asked the supervisor (Nancy) about training I either got look of why are you asking with a condisending tone with hints of criticism and judgement. I get into almost a month and the supervisor is avoiding me, only speaking with me to point out things I did wrong otherwise wouldn't speak to me or give me the time, Marisa the director was ok at 1st but one day became unhinged over an email and basically yelled at me to the point I called my the agency and asked if they considered hiring me permanently because from a day to day I was walking on eggshells, and already was considering other opportunities. It didn't matter if I was new, they wanted me know it all, stay quiet, and don't speak to them unless spoken too was the overall vibe I got from Nancy and Marisa. I would even say good morning or provide any polite gesture and I got a look like I was weird when I was showing good manners or politeness. Other agents also confirmed this was how they treated people because they didn't know how to communicate properly, so if your own people acknowledge management has not worked well with other candidates before me and are already treating me poorly 2 months in, imagine 1 year, but funny enough I get a call on a Saturday from my agency telling me they cancelled my contract, and no one knew why, even though I was in office that Friday and management could have spoken with me but no, I wasn't worth speaking too. This was a clear example of how toxic the environment was and they couldn't get through training a new hire, there were 2 or 3 people from what I was told that also experienced this behavior as well, before you work in this department with any experience just know it doesn't apply, they used a outdated system and still print, where other company's are paperless have computerized training, and have better systems un place, they do not make an effort for hired candidates to be trained properly altogether. Out of them all, 1 manger was a respectful guy, and I won't mention his name out of respect but I hope he replaces the current director one day and restructures the training process for new candidates, and replaces the Crap supervisor with someone who has people skills.

MY LAST TWO SKECHERS PURCHASES HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.
SENT THE FIRST PAIR BACK TO AMAZON AFTER A FEW WEEKS AND NOW MY OTHER PAIR HAS THE SAME ISSUE. I SENT PICTURES OF THEM AND EVERYTHING ELSE THEY ASKED FOR ONLY
TO GET AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I HAVE TO RETURN THEM FOR FURTHER INSPECTION ON MY DIME WITH A TURNAROUND TIME OF 5-6 WEEKS AND IF AND ONLY IF THEY DECIDE THEY'RE DEFECTIVE. I TOLD THEM TO STICK THAT PROGRAM UP THEIR WAZOO PLUS SOME OTHER CHOICE COMMENTS. WTF SKECHERS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE AN ISSUE BUT PREFER TO JACK YOUR CUSTOMERS AROUND. KARMA IS A $#*! BUT BAD KARMA WILL GET YOU IN THE END..

I bought these about three or four years ago they're very comfortable and highly durable. They're the first pair I've had that didn't come apart at the sole. When I needed to replace them, When the soles became slick, I didn't consider anything but Skechers and bought the new hands free slip is they look and feel great

Garbage

I purchased sketchers and I complained about this then got to know like seller should be registered with sketchers to claim anything related to shoes even sketchers don't worry about the brand value. It's seems like it's null for me.

I am very sure that they offer comfortable golf shoes...but damn how do you find them to find your right size? I guess they thinking that customers don't mind buying online and continually sending them back till you get the right size...BS!

Bought a running shoe worth of 10k with a commitment from the non sense sales guys@ city centre 1 salt lake Kolkata. It got damaged and no one is responding over mail or in the shop as well. My family is user of sketchers since last 10 years now after this incident I would stop buying anything from sketchers. It's cheating customers.

Freezing co can't Shop

Today I visited the Sketchers store on 350 N Dysart road Goodyear Az *******. Because it is my husbands birthday I had to purchase
Gym shoes. It is rainy and windy and cold
Outside as this week it will be raining all week. As I entered the store my hands got
Numb immediately so I looked around and also noticed the 2 front doors were
Wide open. I'd love to buy more shoes. Can you shut those front doors to normalized the heat inside. Thank you. I wanna revisit

After week 3 the bottom rubber started peeling and now 3 months in they are literally falling apart. I even bought them from the official website for $105 for comfort but now the memory foam is super flat and peeling Do not recommend these shoes, just get boots

Former loyal customer owned 6 pair including the Arch Fits for walking. I couldn't walk very far as the laces kept coming undone no matter how I tied them. Contacted customer service and they gave me places where I could buy laces! These shoes were fairly new. I again contacted customer service and was offered 25% off a new pair, which galled me because I didn't need another pair, and the same discount was being advertised to anyone. I sent a letter to the national sales manager and never received a reply. They insist on sending me promotional texts and emails, after numerous to stop. Annoying company and the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I couldn't remember my password I asked for help they would reply but there was no link to reset my password. I tried for 2 days still nothing so I took my business elsewhere. I've been a loyal customer for the past two or three years. I've bought a new pair every 6 months or so very sad how my business wasn't important enough. So I went to Dillard's instead & they was more than happy to receive my business & it was fast delivery.

Sketchers slip ons. I like the shoes, but the ones I bought started to come apart at the seam at the toe. I believe there was insufficient material for the stitching to hold onto, so it eventually split open. The lady at the Sketchers store believed it was due to normal wear. Too bad, probably won't buy another pair of Sketchers anytime soon!

Over priced way

I have been buying sketchers for over 15 years plus I have turned a lot of my friends on to them. The last pair I bought was about 2 months ago both soles are completely worn out I wear them maybe 3 times a week I don't have the receipt for them or anything I have do u wants to see the Credit card transaction? Or do u get lots of people trying to scam you? I don't want the money I wanted the shoes. I'm done I will never buy another pair of Sketchers again and I'll be sure to spend the word.

Order a half size larger

I had to reorder 3 pairs of Sketchers. They were all 1/2 size too small.
The company would not allow me to return the wrong sized shoes.

So I ordered a pair of sneakers offline it says it takes two to seven days for delivery then it comes back and says it takes two to three business days for them to ship out went into the store in New Bedford Mass was profiled because I'm a person of color the cashier was rude I asked him a question he played games with me and I finally said I'm sorry you're having a bad day so I'm thinking all the stores I like that they have no people of color working in any of their stores

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased shoes online for a birthday present, they arrived but were the wrong size.
I contacted customer service and asked if I could exchange, there said no. I had to send them back for refund only (if the box was damaged in post on return, they would not accept).

Fast forward, I was notified my return had been delivered and a refund sent. So I went to re-purchase the same shoes however they were now unavailable.

Skechers said they would not upgrade me to the next shoes or pay the difference. Or even give me the same price when my size became available.

They just tried to brush me off as quickly as possible and offered nothing to help even though it was their own fault and wasted a month of my time.

I'll never buy Skechers again because of this.

To add: don't trust the sizing, two pairs of the same numbered size can be completely different sizes. It's all junk made in China marked up by about 200%.

Poor quality

A shoe that only lasts a month is a 2 dollar shoe sorry but not sorry so you guys need to get your $#*! together and drop that 70 dollar price tag down to where it should be at 2 dollars a pair period.
