I recently started my journey with you and my experience so far has been somewhat satisfying but am afraid not entirely. I am a Zimbabwean lady and applied for a USA skilled Visa...the representative in Zimbabwe told me that there was a special for Valentines and that if I paid during the special I would pay half of the required USD 2000. I found this exciting and the offer according to the agent was ending on the 14th of February 2023. I quickly gathered the money and made efforts to pay on the 13th of February through an app he had advised wise or snap scan to no avail and I communicated my failure to him. We ended up making an arrangement with him to send the money directly to him via World remit ( of which I truly appreciated his gesture) of which this meant he would take his time to go and collect it. I sent the money on the 14th of February 2023 and he promptly collected and maid payment. To my utter horror he sent me a message to say the money was not enough as the special had ended on the 13th of February according to the powers that he too reports to. Nonetheless, he said the process would start right away. Three days elapsed and that is when he informed me that the process will not start unless I pay the USD200. To make the initial payment 60% of the USD2000. I felt this was not done in a satisfactory way and I was not treated with good customer care. I paid the USD 200 promptly and again through sending him the money via World Remit. I do not understand how a Valentine's Special ends on the 13th of February...but well just thought I would let you know.

Professionalism: Every e-mail is answered, every call gets a call-back, every document is examined thoroughly.
Patience: I must have called them every time a draw came out or a round of grants was announced. They were extremely patient and understanding every time.
Expertise: Many people consider whether they should hire an agent at all for the immigration process. In my case, I know for sure that I could not have gotten a PR on my own. The one reason I have one today, is because of AMI. They knew the little tweaks & optimizations that make the difference would really like to mention Trokon - for the amazing support throughout the entire process.
