My name is Mamokete C. Pitso, on the 9th of November 2024 I paid for a trip to Dubai and Phuket that did not take place because your agent * told me that you did not had a booking for my return flight. * even failed to tell me until the day of the trip which was scheduled for 27th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025. I was so frustrated because * switched * phone off for the whole December. I could not get hold of *. By the time * replied my text it was in January 2025. My trip did not take place and I want my refund. The gave me the refund address which I filled and up to now did not reply my nor refund me. Recently when I try to write the email to that refund address it says the email address does not exist. Please pay back my money. I will also give you the proof of payment. Pay back my hard earned money please.
