They will damage your goods and will not accept responsibility for damaging your goods. Goods are not stored properly on the van and they will lie about what the goods looked like after the fact and blame the retailer.

WARNING PLEASE READ
We booked removals with Any Vans end of April for 16th May. We cancelled removals as to expensive on 3rd of May, well within guidelines. We moved on 16th May without Any Vans. Over a month later I receive an email from Any Vans saying they will be moving us on the 23rd June? We moved a month ago. So I clicked on cancellation thinking this would be the end of it.
Then receive a call to say they will be with us tomorrow, I tried to explain to the very rude man that we never booked a removals, after a very heated conversation I passed the phone to my husband who they refused to speak to in the end they did, for him to be told not to worry we have been charged for the removals anyway so it didn't matter if we used them or not. Checked our bank account £734 had been unlawfully stolen. They had kept our bank details since April.
We raised this with management after being told by Lyndsey who tried to resolve this that the reason we were unknowingly booked is they put in a DUMMY I quote dummy appointment on cancellations.
Pointless to ramble on how awful the customer services behaved who finally agreed to refund what they had stolen. But not for 3 to 10 days.
We reported to the police and want people to know what this company are capable of. Holding onto bank details for almost 3 months and charging a customer for a booking that was never made by ourselves but by Any Van.
We were advised by police to contact the bank in case they try to take more money. If you use this company do not give your card details although no doubt without them you would not be able to book.
Sum these up thieving B*******.
I hope this review will help others not to go through what we have just gone through as if moving is not stressful enough.

As it was my first time moving I thought it would be stressful but with Anyvan they made my experience very easy and simple, the driver who helped me was amazing helped me load and unload all my belongings, the whole process of moving was only an hour and a half from start to finish which was amazing, I would highly recommend Anyvan.

On time, kept in contact, helpful and friendly, exactly what we wanted! Could not have asked for more, highly recommended.

If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would. Arranged for them to do our house move. We had both taken the day off work for the move. They had not arrived at the appointed time even though their tracker stated they were near our house. We had to call them to find out they were broken down 30 miles away and had no idea what time they could get to us - this was at 10:30. Called Any Van headquarters and was told a van would definitely be with us that day. We then received another call at 3pm from headquarters to say nobody would be coming and that the first person should not have promised us they would. We were lucky in that we had a few more days left on our lease but if we had been exchanging that day it would have been a disaster.

I booked AnyVan to take 5 items to a local charity shop. The two men arrived early, were polite and helpful. I switched one of the items I had stated on the booking, this wasn't an issue. I only wish I'd used them for the rest of my house move

I recently moved to a new flat and I needed the services of a removal company. Searched for quotes on Checkatrade and after getting a really outrageous quote for £385! I found AnyVan. I found their prices to be extremely reasonable. I called and they were able to give me a next day removal date, which was great for me. Not only are AnyVan prices great but their performance was even better. Polite, arrived on time, and they got the job done and transfered my furniture to my new flat. More than pleased and I highly recommend AnyVan to anyone needing a trustworthy removal service

Very professional setup from the first initial conversation right to the end, where they quickly and carefully moved all my furniture.

All my furniture were securely strapped and protected with thick soft blankets.

The 2 delivery men were so helpful and did an amazing job and I wish I had the energy they both had.

I have no problem with recommending AnyVan, and if ever I moved house again, they will be the guys to do it.

The staff are very helpful, they respond promptly and it is easy to keep track of the drivers route on delivery date.
