My 13 yr old racked up nearly $500 in app charges because of Family Sharing/ Apple does not offer the ability to restrict purchases for individuals on family share. Because Apple consider a 13 year old an adult, they also have access to purchases. Apple should afford a way to control spending on a case by case basis. The excess spending is difficult to control. I requested a refund but denied with no explanation why. When contacting customer support they were useless. They told me in a nutshell I was denied just because. I was referred to a "Legal" policy. I am ready to give Android a shot. This policy is a legal money racket. If your kids are over 10, Apple states they are an adult.

I get it doesn't matter what any one says people including myself still buy Apple products loyal I may add. Remember why people would buy these products? Because you we came first 129.00 for a couple of apps I forgot to cancel the subscription on.apple you suck at customer service now I'm sure others feel the same I mean we are not all from snobby Northern California some of us are from San Bernardino. This is the second year I paid for the app I've never used

I was charged for 12.71 although I didn't have a subscription and I call apple and ask wat was this transaction for and apple could not tell me and said I need to let it charge me before they can tell me wat was I charge for because I didn't have a active subscription. Now I let u guys charge me you wouldn't give me back my money. This is unfair and criminals. Apple is a thief.

Absolutely hopless

Walked into the Chadstone Apple store... not as many people as usual... many Apple Gods talking to each other... hmmmm I thought... I might even get served and be out in under 30 mins...
Waited for 15 minutes whilst the Gods talked to each other... was looked down from above and made to feel the lowly mortal that I am... almost as if how I dare to enter the Kingdom of the Gods.
Was pointed as to where I can find my needs... the male god went back to talking... ohhhh no... not to me... but the other Gods.
Was told to "go over there and wait for someone to serve you!"
Waiting... waiting... 10 mins... waiting... Lady God looks up at me from her Ipad... looks down... waiting another 10 mins... well I have blown my 30 mins I thought I could get out of here in...
A male God walks over to the Female God... asks questions about something... both look at me... and then back to there conversation.
At this point... I cleared my throat loudly... looked at both Gods. Told them about the pathetic service... where they could place the items I wanted to buy (about AUD$2500.00 worth) and slid them across the desk... told them how I felt about the useless and pathetic service... apologised for just being a lowly mortal and went out.
The good thing about it is... I have now bought another brand of Laptop... and have started my journey to becoming crAPPLE free.
I do wander if ever at anytime... Apple and the Gods they hire to help us feeble beings will ever get that they too... one day... may need help... and when they do... and if its me... I ill know exactly how to behave!

My phone is only 4 months old and the speed drastically reduced and tgg by e worst battery life ever. You might as well keep your phone plugged in all day or it dies on you. Apple support has the worst customer service ever. They were no help at all. I might as well go buy a new phone for what they told me. They know there are issues with this model and still did nothing for me.

If you are doing your software updates do not. It will affect your phone. As of now, I have a camera issue and apple is wanting to charge me to fix when it's there software that caused the problem. And this was advised to me by an apple expert

My iPhone SE never glitched until now, all of a sudden it will make static sounds once in a while, like my button will click not vibrate or if I'm watching a video, the audio glitches out. Nice design as always however I feel like they do this on purpose when they introduce a new model. I also think it's best if they could make their phones a little bit thicker seem it's easy to shatter.

I have been with Apple for years and I have been paying for Apple insurance on my phone and I lost it and by me deleting it off my Apple ID they won't replace it. I will no longer be buying Apple products because they are rip off and don't really care about their customers and don't try to make things right

I used to love Apple products, they worked seamlessly and avoided stupid issued I had to deal with on my PC. For the past two years I find myself resetting passwords over and over again, email not working, reminders constantly jumping at me, poor updates. It's annoying! No one pays me to spend more than 90 minutes per week dealing with my computer and phone. Get your sh*** together or I am back to paper and pencil for everything.

I am disappointed I purchased the new watch ultra and it came with a charging cable but no block how would you charge this and it's not like I have a block just laying around and yes I get it sometimes you buy something and batteries are not included but for 800 dollars it should be included I'm not sure this might be my last purchase I'm guessing apple doesn't care about little old me but I figured I would say something because company's don't really care anymore.

I think it would be great if we could have more chances before we get locked out.an not just 15:/It'd be better because one thing is is I had newly changed my password and then boom.secruity locked out andi understand its for safety and privacy so people can't get In but I think that sometimes if it gets like fully security locked out without a timer or anything u can just put in a little password that could also just allow u to maybe get 10 or atleast 5 more tries and if that's wrong too then u can call someone and not just 911. And the reason I do not have photos or proof is because I'm on someone else's phone and my phone is on lockout.
