I have been an Apple supporter and buyer for many years I have all the Apple gadgets. That being said I am very disappointed recently with their customer service or lack of customer service. Everything is very rigid and you have to adapt to Apple. There is no way to give a negative feedback and only through Apple's feedback service which says your feedback will be dealt with and you won't be contacted. What is the point of filing a complaint if you won't get the respect back from Apple to deal directly with you on this issue. To get refunds from Apple Store for Apps that they offer it's all automated and fixed to limited reasons so personal circumstances aren't dealt with and you won't get any reason why your refund is rejected other than it's part of their terms and conditions. The chat always push you to having calls with customer service senior advisors and some try and help but again others just say sorry read our terms and conditions. This is against the entire remit of transparency and consumer laws in Ireland. For example in Ireland you are entitled to 14 day cancellation for any service and that includes purchases in Apps and a full breakdown of what you bought. This didn't happen and Apple customer service refused to hear me out or file a detailed complaint calling out their non compliance with Irish and EU law. Today I was offered randomly for a previous purchase of Apple Music for 6 months. I spent hours trying to get this sorted even had to contact my bank and the issue is with apple but again they say they want me to waste more time and have a senior adviser deal with matters via a call. APPLE stole over 1200 bucks from me! I ordered an iPhone max, an adapter, and 2 charging cables. All they sent me was 1 charging cable! Spent 3 hours on the phone where they pretty much told me I was $#*!ed. They won't replace it or give me a refund. SCAMMERS! I AM SO UPSET! 1200 dollars is ALOT of money for me! On Saturday, his son plugged his MacBook in and few minutes later, we left for my boyfriend's birthday party at his mom's house and we got a call not long after that the house was on fire. We watched the firefighters try to stop it for hours but everything is gone now and they finally told us the cause of the fire was a MacBook that either is, or should be, recalled. I spoke to apple sent pictures and the phone was diagnosed with a component failure but because I didn't want my phone to catch fire in my hand and I tossed it, apple is trying to say they can not replace it. My daughter has an iPhone 14 and can not receive sms any longer. We've gone to 2 different verizon stores and both told us to contact Apple. Apple was absolutely no help. Just kept repeating that it was a carrier issue even though I said we went to Verizon 2x. Then I asked about a replacement device since she's had it for less than a year. I did get upset and have some choice words because I am completely disgusted with all of these companies not standing by their products and giving the consumer the run around and was then hung up on. Bought an iphone 14 pro max 3months ago and the camera freezes. I took it in for repair its going to be two days before i can get it repaired. Sure its covered under the manufacturers warranty, but i run an auction business on ebay and other sites. I\m now completely locked out for the two days because everything requires a two step log in. They should either provide a loaner phone of make sure they have enough techs to provide same day service. Thats around $800 in income that im losing those two days because i cant manage or ship anything out. This is very frustrating this will definitely be my last iphone.
I purchased a new iPhone 14 on Apple's website. I traded in my cracked screen, but functioning previous model iPhone. I marked the phone EXACTLY in the condition designated. They offered $115 as a discount against the future phone. I agreed and shipped the phone to them. I activated the phone at a local ATT store, who told me that they would have given me $300-400, but it was too late.
About 1-2 weeks later, I received an email from Apple stating that the phone was worth $0 and they can recycle it for me and charge me the $115 discount or send the phone back to me and charge me the $115. Send the phone back LIARS. I sent the phone to BuyBackWorld and received $135 from them. Apple is engaged in bait and switch and scamming their customers. First try to trade any phones, even cracked screens into a local phone (non-company owned) store. Do not trade your phone into Apple, they will steal your money.

I purchased an imac24 for myself last year, the first apple purchase I had made in about 10 years or more. My apple power book is still working, but it needed an upgrade. I had no idea how controlling apple had become over its products. I still get, many many times each day, notices from apple to use their cloud storage and email address. Well, I don't want to. So apple hits me with 3--count 'em--3, ads in a row (dialogue boxes that jump up and interrupt EVERY thing I might be doing) to tell me that my icloud needs my "attention." It's impossible to rid yourself of this push-in advertising. I also resent that apple tracks all that I do... I feel like Big Brother is constantly watching me, and I even cover up my camera to that end. More, the mouse that came with the system failed after about 6 months, and I had to spend--after spending nearly 2Gs to buy the thing in the first place--another $100 for a replacement (needless to say, I did not buy an apple product). I don't think I will buy apple again; they're just not good enough and the constraints they place on my use, their disruption of my work with their insistence I use their products, is about as anti-competitive as I have experienced. Never would have expected this kind of authoritarianism from apple.
After less than 2 years my apple watch's faceplate disconnected from the base and Apple will not repair it.

Had to make another Apple Store visit yesterday, due to problem number "I lost count" with the terrible butterfly keyboard Apple dares to call "design innovation". This time the broken keys didn't get replaced. Instead I was given the option to spend another $599 on the 3rd top deck replacement in 4 years... Complete waste of time, also given the 2 hours it took to get there and back... Would not recommend this store. And my love for Apple products is also rapidly fading.

I ordered a new iPhone a year ago and it is one of the most disappointing things I've ever owned in my life. It's battery life is only 6 hours long without battery power savers, with the savers on it's only 11 hours and it's always locking in 2 minutes on me whenever I'm trying to do something that is urgent to do and forcing me to restart the task. I'm unable to connect 3G wireless service anywhere and I keep hearing that it doesn't need resetting but apps freeze or can't use my location which means it needs resetting every month. Autocorrect almost always resets the word to the wrong word and I can't use the keyboard properly because it swing sideways in a landscape orientation when I'm typing in portrait orientation. All the time I hear that it is possible to make a little side income from loans, games, or selling photos taken or uploaded to the iPhone but all of that is completely false and Apple willfully encourages these rumors and claims and doesn't eliminate them or encourage people to tell the truth. Recently the device deleted three fourths off all the photos I had uploaded to the device and Apple iCloud. I don't know if I will ever be get the photos and the iCloud storage back. I hate Apple.
