Absolutely predatory billing practices. I signed up for a free trial and was charged without my consent, despite never using the service. The company ignored EU consumer protection laws, failed to obtain explicit authorization, and continued to send canned responses instead of resolving the issue. This is a textbook example of a scammy subscription trap. Avoid at all costs. Here's how this company works: they give you a 7-day trial, quietly hide the key terms, and then hit you with a **full annual charge** the moment the trial ends. If you miss their "rules" buried in fine print, too bad — they'll take your money and, if you beg hard enough, **graciously offer to refund 30%**. What a fantastic business model! Truly a startup worth studying — if your goal is to learn how to legally scam people.
I was a bit skeptical about this platform and the website in general. But, after testing it on my own skin, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that this platform s easy to use, and the interface is pretty straightforward, even for amateurs like me.
I had a great experience requesting automotive services from this company. Thank you to Joel, who helped me a lot with figuring out the bugs in my app. He tested everything on his phone and helped me prepare a request to explain what was wrong with my app.
Excellent deals with great customer service, received unbelievably quick and came as advertised.The team did an excellent job and communicated well to get the job done.
I enjoyed Appy Pie's product and service UNTIL I tried to cancel renewal. $1200 was a lot to pay given how few downloaded my app. I e-mailed them requesting cancellation (see attached screenshot). Eight days later they billed me $1200, then refused to refund it. Beware!

I purchased the plantium feature for my app do to my lack of acknowledgement I became so frustrated I called in to cancel. But they transferred me over to Joel Perez he was so kind helpful and patience there is no way I would of been able to do it without him. His customer service was phenomenal never in my life I had someone to take the time out with me over the phone for service he was so professional and helpful.
Excellent Customer Service today. Joel! Great job. Working with Joel this morning was the best experience I have had with AppyPie to date. He worked with me until my technical issue was resolved and didn't just cut, paste, and send me several links for me to figure out on my own. I got my issues resolved in a timely fashion.
