Aqua Science I have been purchasing filters for years.

It took longer to get my order, but as soon as I asked they answered very quickly.

My RO unit stopped producing, so i needed filters fast. I had the filters in about 3 days. Fsst considering i live close to corpus christi tx.

Some how during check out address was omitted got with customer service and they quickly solved it. Which caused NO delays in receiving product.

Prompt delivery, easy navigation on the website.Purchased from the store before.

I live in upstate NY. Cannot find anything I need here, not in stock and if so, the price is crazy. I try to shop local but always issues. I tried Aqua Science and very happy with the expierence. Item came real quick, no damage in delivery and when contacting them, I got a immediate responce.! Awesome.

I received very good consultation from Mr. Jim Tutko. Very prompt email reply and helpful advice and feedback.

However the shipping process was bad. The order was placed on 10/23, but no shipping notification for several days. I sent an email to check the status, Then I received the shipping notice on 10/28, saying "shipped on10/29"! I use the tracking number of FedEx on 10/30 and no information found. Finally I received it on Nov 4. The shipping charge is $21.66. Not happy for the delay.w

I ordered both my acid neutralizer and softener from aqua science. Great shipping, handling and great control valve options.

The softener was a later follow up since another company starting with F completely botched the job by delivering me a broken softener system. Broken control valve and broken brine tank.

Thankfully, i remembered Aqua Science did a great job with delivering the neutralizer so they were my go-to choice for the softener. The system arrived quick and in one piece.

At this point, aqua science has earned my water brand loyalty.

After testing out water we found our Radon levels to be very high. We researched our options, and Aqua Science was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The system is installed and running great with no issues so far.

I ordered a well pressure tank. It arrived sooner than I expected.

I need a neoprene jacket for a 10 x 54 tank and they delivered a real nice one with a big pocket and handles. I had to install a system in an area that's finished. Condensation was a worry and this jacket put the customers mind at ease.

My plumber recommended the water tank and I was able to order it myself to avoid retail markup.

Usually, when free shipping is included, that means that you will get it in a few days as the shipping will not be of high priority. In this case, the shipping was included in the price (which was an awesome price!) but instead of shipping it via Tortoise Express, I received the pressure tank that I desperately needed in a couple of days via FedEx. How can I not be immensely impressed? Thank you!
